I had a lot of hiccups those first few months. I would buy a Blu, vape the carts dry, and throw it away.
and ..... then back to smoking.
Then I bought an EGO, and my problem solver. (they told me I could buy a bottle of juice, and refill those carts when they went dry)
But I still say that the only good use for those old carts was to bate mouse traps!!

Once I found out that vaping was sustainable I never smoked again, but I wasted a lot of money by just tossing things in the trash those first few months. And ... it was 95% more expensive than smoking.

    Ya, dumber than most. ;)

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Variable voltage ego is what did it for me. The day I bought my first one I never smoked again and the next day I went out to buy a couple more VV egos and tanks figuring at some point I would be left high and dry without any backups. That night I tried a few puffs on a cig just to see if I still wanted one, but I didn't. I wanted to prove to myself that I finally was able to switch to vaping 100%. Only a few puffs and I threw it out but kept the remainder of the pack just in case. Kept the cigs for a few months but never touched them.

I still see me vaping in the next 5 years and beyond (because I'm a second class citizen).

The 5% was reserved by the Royal college of Physicians in England during their investigation of vaping many years ago. They deemed vaping to be at least 95% safer than smoking. They included a foot note that said they would have given vaping a 100% safe rating, but they knew that nothing is 100% safe. The 5% was reserved in case they later found a negative component. They never found a negative component in vaping.

No. There are some similar compounds to compare to tobacco smoke. The levels are just very much less. For instance one anti vaping ad stated vaping contained acrylonitrile. Which I have never heard of. So I started reading. A study had numbers and the numbers for vaping were 90% less acrylonitrile than smoking. It was just a scary word they used for the ad but too much of it is harmful. Obviously it would be better not to be putting a potentially harmful chemical in your body at all. But is vaping less risky than smoking? Easily.
