What is the airflow situation on a Boge carto?

I'm not sure of the air path.. I'm asking because I recently had a brand new boge from an old/good pack, and the draw is just incredibly tight.

it works fine, but the draw is exactly the opposite of most boge's.. CRAZY tight.

I've kind of adjusted the air hole down through the middle, it was kind of crooked, I can now totally see through it.

I'm using it on a SS Vtube w/ a tank. I've gone through maybe a dozen different cartos in the last month, with no issues what so ever short of just wearing the darn things out and swapping them out to change flavors.

All of my liquid is 50/50.

I fixed it! Ended up using a .050 hex driver to make the center hole bigger.

I carefully pushed the driver all the way through the hole, then just slowly pushed around in all directions. It was just a little bit too narrow near where I punched a hole.

You might have just gotten a bad carto. Was the whole box like that? Lots of people reporting issues with cartos recently.

I've been pretty lucky but every once in awhile I get a carto like that.

This was actually the last one in a box... and as luck would have it, the last one I have with me at work.

Of course I JUST started a 10 hour shift, and just filled a tank with it.

The carto I just took out was fine, but I have a different flavor in it. Not the end of the world..

I've had luck making small adjustments to them in the past (i'm "new" here, but I've been vaping for about 6 months), I've just never had one that was so tight from the start. Usually after some use but easily fixed by clearing out the center hole.

Now, the carto doesn't seem to be flooding, but I'm thinking my problem might be that i've punched a hole too big?

While the draw is VERY tight, I am getting huge amounts of vapor.. Hrm.

FWIW, I'm still pretty green with this whole carto tank business.

I'd try making two smaller holes rather than one large hole.
