Hello.
I'm just one of the beginners trying to get one of the ecigs.
The things is that I'm going to buy house-blended e-juices from my town, then what should be my best choice?
I searched a lot and vaporzone pro seems to be one of the best ego style ecigs but it seems to be not so popular.
So what the best choice of ego style ecigs?
(I'm not sure even if I'm saying it correct by ego style. I want one that I can put the e-juices from my town in it, not like the cig-a-likes, but not to big as well)
Thank you

eGo is one of the original producers of the "pen" style of battery. Its about the same dia. of a Sharpie marker and about the same length.
Now there are about 397 different "names" for the same battery design. As with all rechargeable batteries, they have a limited recharge life... about 500 recharges before they start to die out and quit taking/holding a charge.

If you desire that style/size battery, then the real eGo battery would be a better bet. Most of the clones are mass produced and dont hold up well to daily use...

Check out Innokin/iTaste for thier line up of batteries... they carry a "pen" style battery that is squareish ( not round, cant remember its name) anf has variable settings capacity

I like the vision spinner and the ego c twist. Both are variable voltage. I'd lean toward the vision spinner because it comes in larger battery sizes. I have both and they are excellent. The ego c twist is thinner and longer and the vision spinner is a bit thicker but that's because the battery is bigger. The vision spinner 1300 mah battery lasts all day with heavy vaping. The ego c twist 1000 mah lasts about a good 8 or 9 hours with heavy vaping. Both have variable voltage and ate very good products. Make sure you get the genuine joyetech ego or vision for the spinner. Their are many knock offs or counterfeit ones going around. I got mine from my vapor store and both are genuine. You can get the batteries and charger for around 30 dollars. Shipping is super fast from mvs. Check out the ego c twist and the vision spinner online and see what you think. Both have excellent reviews.

I agree with you regarding VaporZone. In looking at their website I see that all the products they carry has their name on them. That doesn't necessarily mean there is anything wrong with them but it's hard to know who the manufacturer is and how reliable the product is.

What other stores have you visited or are near you?

Start with this:

Joye eRoll Electronic Cigarettes, Starter Kits & Accessories by Joyetech

Here's a good carrying case, which holds a spare e-cigarette as well as the personal charging case (PCC) from the Starter Kit:

Joyetech e-Roll Dual Carrying Case

Here's the U-Can, in which you can carry extra juice on the go:

UCan V2 Stainless Steel eLiquid Dispenser

Here're the extra cartridges (you'll need some, they're consumables, after using them for a while):

Joyetech e-Roll Tank Cartridge

Here're the extra atomizer heads (you'll need some, they're consumables):

Joye Ego-C Atomizer Heads | Ego-C Atomizers & Parts

Here's an extra atomizer cone, which you need so that you'll have two complete e-cigarettes (no idea why they don't include this in the Starter Kit; buy a color which matches the Starter Kit color):

Joyetech e-Roll Atomizer Cone

For juice, I'd recommend this company

E Cigarette | Buy Electronic Cigarettes | E Juice - Mt Baker Vapor

Get it in an 18mg concentration, with the default 80% PG/20% VG mix.

Alternately, start with the Halo G6 and their pre-filled cartridges, in an 18mg nicotine concentration:

E-Cigarette Starter Kit G6 | Halo Cigs

I'd recommend the 78mm Manual batteries in the Starter Kit options.

Here're their pre-filled cartridges:

Prefilled Cartomizers | G6 E-Cigarettes | Halo Cigs

Here's their carrying case:

Carry Case | G6 Electronic Cigarette | Halo Cigs

If you want to get into something more advanced later, like eGo-Cs and/or advanced personal vaprorizers (APVs) like the Innokin VTR, you can certainly do so (I did). But both the eRoll and the Halo G6 are quality cig-a-likes which can help you quit smoking tobacco cigarettes with minimal hassle; the eRoll allowed me to quit smoking two packs of Marlboro Reds a day.

The best ego is the one you give to a friend or family member and helped them get off smokes, that is after you upgraded to and excellent regulated or mechanical mod.

In all things vape, stick with quality know brands. If looking for an ego style, would recommend looking at the Innokin VV V3. It's about the same price, size and style of an ego, but is variable volts & watts, and would be a much better intro into vape. 101Vape is a excellent vendor for most things vape. Check them out.

I wanted to start out cheap so I bought a cheap ego c-twist starter kit off ebay. I believe its a clone however but has served me well so far. I went with that because I wasn't sure if I would stick with vaping but believe me you will. But start with at least a twist or spinner so you can vary the voltage and find out how you like your juices to taste.

I would say no, no, no a million times no to vaporzone.

I bought my first vape gear there before I found this forum and spent $100 bucks on what was basically a $20 battery, a HORRIBLE tank and 2 bottles of e-liquid.

The real kicker is that their stuff is proprietary so you are locked in to only replacing things with them. Tanks they sell for $25 that are the equivalent of a $4 tank and replacement heads at $20 for 5 etc.

I wish I'd found this forum before I ordered.

If you just want basic starter gear I'd recommend going to Mt Baker Vapor dot com and getting the Kangertech evod starter kit. You get 2 batteries, 2 tanks, charger, and 5 replacement heads for around $36 with their 10% discount. You can also pick up a few bottles of eliquid to try (in the comments you can specify a free 15ml sample bottle as well in your choice of flavor and nic strength) and if you spend over $50 you get free priority 2 day shipping.

There are other places to order from as well but for me I like getting everything in one order from one place and mt baker is tops for me in customer service, shipping and just all around amazing service.

Whatever you decide I'd recommend coming back here before you hit that "submit" button and let us know what you picked just to make sure it's all compatible.

Good luck!

Great suggestions, but are the Vision spinner, Innokin vv v3 and Kangertech about the same level of machine for a beginner? I myself am looking to upgrade. I use the blu when I'm out and about but have cheap pen setup I got at a local shop for $10. I haven't used it much because the oils tasted yuck from there, and it turned me off on this kind of vaping until I found this forum. I've ordered some quality oils and am waiting for their arrival. I'm going to test my cheap setup with one but would like to know what to get if it's no good.

"Ego" just means threading. The "best" device, IMO, is one that has both ego and 510 threading as your choice of toppers is wider. If you want variable voltage and may prefer variable wattage at some time, then the itaste VV/VW V3 is the best choice. If you only intended to vape at low voltage like 3.3 or 3.7 volts, the Joye Ego C upgrade is a good one.... and make sure it does say "upgrade." itaste VV is a USB passthrough for charging and the Joye Ego C upgrade is also available as a passthrough. To my mind, charging via passthrough is much easier with less chance of grabbing the wrong cable as 510 and ego chargers look alike without reading the itty bitty print on them.

These are probably worth a mention although someone open to box mods would do better paying another $5 for an mvp2 kit with tank

Vision Spinner 2 Battery 1600mAh

The new Spinner V2 and/or the MVP2 are superb batteries for beginners and vets alike. They're a little pricier than a V1 spinner or Twist, but you get alot more bang for your buck. The MVP2 will last you 2-3 days, so its like buying 3 regular spinner/twists, so $40 is a deal.
Likewise, the V2 Spinner is 1600mah, which may last you 2 days on a charge, and its a finer quality build.
You'll be micro-coiling your Kayfun in no time. :2cool:
