Best "mode" or "mod"?

There's no such thing as a "best mod" that will suit everyone's needs. It depends upon many factors, and they are all subjective:

Mechanical or Regulated?
Internal or external battery (regulated mod)
Tube or box shape?
Price range?

Best mod? That's an easy one. Regardless of price, power, or options.....the best mod is the one that someone uses to get a satisfying vape for them, and as a result, keeps them off of cigarettes.

I cannot agree more. I have one and have been enjoying this mod more than any other I have. I currently have 14. Not bragging, just trying to highlight the fact that I am over the moon with the Asolo. It works flawlessly. It warns me before I get a dry hit. And if the warning is not enough, it just doesn't allow me to continue vaping, it stops. This is on kanthal, stainless steel and nichrome. It also features temperature control with nickel and titanium. For a dual 18650, I can't imagine a smaller mod. It has been bashed by some reviewers and commenters, but what I found is that they just had the test items and or didn't prepare the device to learn long enough before putting it in "dry hit prevention" mode. I was vaping it earlier on my Freemax Starre Pro with the .25 coils. I was driving after dark and vaping hard when it just stopped working. I had early signs of a panic attack. At the next stop sign I looked at the screen while pushing the power button and there it was, the droplet symbol flashing. Amazing!
