Rusheez, you do know that you can type as much as you pretty much want into one post right? Lol.

Anyways like the above poster said, most people vape around 8-10 watts.

You can try to start it around 3.8 and just raise it .2 after each hit while taking note of the flavor/throat hit. Then use whatever voltage you found that is best to your likings.

Interesting OP...
Interesting facts:
1. 2.4 Ohms is normally considered SR, but used to be considered LR, so 2.8 to 3.0 was originally SR.
2. All non VV devices were called "3.7" mods and were hardly ever true 3.7 volts. Most are true 3.3 or 3.4v

I use 1.5 Ohm for my non VV devices. Although they take more amps, at least you know your going to get a good vape action.

I agree with finding the sweet spot of course, and with my Zmax or any VW device, you just set your wattage and it regulates to the same power no matter what resistance of the atomizer. +1 . its the easiest method to date.

so lets say if my voltage is 3.7V my i should use a low resistance atty?like 1.8 ohms?

Yes! LR is best for 3.7 mods... unless you have a VV. because a
"3.7" device or non VV device is mostly true 3.3v avg. The 3.7 is because of the batt not the voltage that comes through to the atomizer.

If you have a regulated VV device, true 3.7v may be a little hot with LR atomizers... but ymmv.
