Now also, what is the difference between a cartomizer/a cartridge/ and the mouthpiece, hate to sound dumb,,but still very new at this,,thank you

Actually, you don't sound dumb at all. I don't know much of anything when it comes to vaping so when someone else asks questions like this one , it helps educate me as well so that I may not have to re-ask in the future.

If you asking questions is dumb than I've got to be the dumbest around, because I'll ask a question on ANYTHING if it confuses me in the slightest bit. I am very talkative and inquisitive and there's NOTHING wrong with being so.

The condom method of filling a cartomizer uses one of the rubber caps that come on new cartomizers (referred to as "condoms") to fill the cartomizer. You drip some juice into the condom and then insert the cartomizer into the condom and the juice gets sucked up into the cartomizer. There are plenty of videos on youtube if you want to see it in action.

It's an easy way to fill, but it can be messy and makes it much easier to overfill your carto. It's also potentially wasteful of juice, because you need to blow out the air passage before vaping and you might need to blow out some of the juice if you overfill. It's easy enough to pop the soft tip of the carto and drip directly into the fill that there's no real need to use the condom fill method. However if you're a cartomizer user you probably should try it at least once to understand how it works and see if it's a good method for you.

The condom method refers to a way to fill a cartomizer. Has nothing to do with an atomizer. The atomizer is the part that screws onto the battery. The cartridges goes onto the end of the atomizer. A cartomizer combines the atomizer and cartridge into one unit. The condom method, or end cap method, uses the larger rubbery end cap from a cartomizer to fill the cartomizer. You fill the end cap almost full of liquid, and slowly push the mouthpiece end of the cartomizer into the liquid. When you see liquid begin to come out the other end, the cartomizer is full. Remove it, and blow through it to get the excess liquid out.

I found when I was using the condom fill method that I overfilled LESS often and that I was able to refill my cartos many more times than when i was drip filling or syringe filling....maybe it's just me, but I found it to be the quickest and easiest fill method. I use Ce2s now though so I'm back to the syringe

Som people have to push the juice in because they are using some "name" brand that glues on the carto end caps etc. if I had to fill a bunch of cartos I would do it. meanwhile I get very good life out of soft-cap cartos filling them the normal way And while I have them open I can make sure the center air channel is straight etc.
