I've read umpteen threads on cleaning my 510 atty's but I think I've found a pretty easy one, here goes.

I use the cartomizer condoms that came on my KR808 cartomizers. I drip one condom full of distilled vinegar then push the 510 atomizer (battery end first) into the condom. The vinegar will rise to just about fill the atty. Put the other condom on the mouthpiece end of the atty and shake it a little so the vinegar agitates the gunk out of the atty. With a really clogged or dirty atty, repeat the process a couple of times.

Remove the condoms and rinse the atty under the faucet. Blow it dry.

Once it is dry drip two or three drops directly onto the bridge of the atty, replace the cartridge/mouthpiece and prepare to be impressed.

Your old stale atty should taste and vape better now that it is clean.

Don't have any carto condoms?

Order some of the new 510 cartomizers, I did, heard great reviews on these. They come with the condoms. So you win twice! You get a new product to try on your existing 510 and some carto condoms to clean your atty's! What could be better?

I ordered some 510 catromizers from Dietsmokes and can't wait to try them. Having a KR808, I really like the ease of use the carto offers and I hear these 510 cartos are comparable, really nice while driving, that's where I think they'll come in handy for me.

Why not just swish the atty vigorously around in glass or cup of vinegar for 30 seconds or more?

...and then rinse.

You do not get the same affect. Enclosed in the condom creates direct swishing right through the heart of the atty. I've done it both ways and the condom works far better IMV.

And those new carto's for the 510? Very highly recommend from two suppliers I will not mention here. They will hold more juice than the 808 and are much more consistent. Even the 510 180 batt does very well with them. Still like the 510 atty for trying out new flavors, getting that pure hit, and messing around at home.

Nice tip and I confirm it works well for me.
