What is the definitive way to get a hold of Jeff?

I know I'm a pain but after having some issues with my design (Supergirl) I decided to ask if I could change my design to a theme that works a lot better as far as the shape of the chuck goes (zombies). I submitted a new design through the site and e-mailed Jeff and told him about it and asked if it was okay. A few days pass with no response. I read here that a Pm works sometimes to contact him. I do that. Several days later and still no response. Feeling ignored I sent another e-mail a few days ago and still nothing.

I know I'm somewhat of a pain asking for a change in design but I did it within the first week and this is my first chuck so a little confusion about the customs and stuff should be expected. I'd just like to know if my change in design is something that he is able to accept or not but a week later I've still heard nothing. Why no response on this? It would be nice to know if he got my design, if he's willing to use it etc. Instead I'm left wondering if my communications are even getting to him. Thanks for any advice.

I sent him a pm about a week ago figuring he'd see it when he posted newborns. I'm not really desperate to get the design change as my first one is okay with me but waiting this long for a reply seems silly. I just figured I'd bring it to the public forum because nothing else had worked. I feel as if I've gone from having a simple request to being a nuisance as I've sent so many e-mails and stuff now. Ah well. Maybe he'll see this.

I've been trying for a week now to get Jeff to answer my emails. It seems to me he's a man of few words :). However, DH and I are making our move for the winter and I had asked him if he could get it out to me at such and such a date. He did answer that one with "no problem", no other words :).

I wrote and gave him the exact day just over a week ago. I then wrote and told him if that was rushing things he could wait and mail it to the state we are going to. Neither email answered. I ordered it October 18th.

Yesterday I wrote and almost begged him to answer. No answer yet. I need to know if he is sending it to where we are now, or if he needs my other address to send it too. We will be receiving NO mail as of next Saturday and I'm getting a little worried.

Needless to say, he's probably shaking his head and wishing I'd just trust him to send it to the right place. But how bad I'll feel if I never receive it.

If he doesn't mail it out by Monday, I'm afraid, knowing the mail, we'll miss it.

Sigh.

Ok, I'm getting a little bit more worried. I've written him twice from the "contact" on his website and I pm'd him once from here. No replies at all. If he sends my mod to this address and claims he didn't know, and I'm out a mod and $80, I won't be a happy camper.

Sigh. Trying not to be a drama queen, but I did graduate with honors from Queen College :).

When I had this problem, my e-mails were going to his spam folder for some reason. There really needs to be something set up so this don't happen to people.

Well I've now emailed him 4 times and PM'd him twice. Still no answer of any kind. If I end up losing this and the $80 I will not be a happy camper.

Hopefully it'll be in the mail this week.

OK, I just deleted what I wrote because I was NOT a happy camper. He was to send me a 901 adapter and I guess he sent a 501. I had no clue what I was even looking at because I've never used or seen a 501. I wrote him and told him I wasn't happy. I was expecting to have to wait another week or so to even hear from him.

WOW, he wrote me within a few minutes! And, he apologized and is sending the 901 adapter in the mail tomorrow. So I guess I can say now, "two thumbs up for Jeff".

I don't know Jeff personally, but I do know what it's like to be over my head in work. There is only so much time in a day. I can only imagine that his inbox is regularly filled with all kinds of enquieries. I'd much rather have him working on CHUCKS than answering emails. The answers to most questions can be found on this forum anyway.
