a 901 it slightly longer and bigger around. Generally speaking the 510 is one of the most popular units. The vapor on the 510 tends to be a little warmer but the battery life is slightly less than a 901...........

However, you can readily get a 510 with manual batteries. Most 901's come with auto batteries, although there is some manual 901 batts coming out. The 510 is a proven device with the manual batts.

You can get a 510 for $50 shiipped that includes 2 batteries and 2 atomizers.

OK. I think I am going to give up on Blu.....been waiting way too long. Plus it seems people don't like them anyways???

So, I saw on here someone with innovapor and I checked it out. Are these prices in line? Are there any deals there? How long would 3 batteries and 5 atty's last me.....right now I smoke about 10 light cigs a day.

Should I get the PCC or the Pelican case?

Elendil, this might be the first time where I feel the need to disagree with you! While the 510 has definitely become very popular lately, I don't think it's the most popular (not by the polls I've seen). I would think the 901 is still right up there....especially once a PCC becomes readily available for the 901!

If you are a "lights" smoker of 10 a day, I'm not sure that you will enjoy the 510. As a Marlbolo Lights smoker of a pack a day, I find the 510 to be a bit too harsh for me. The vapor is definitely hotter than my 901 and therefore, does not allow me to enjoy flavor as much as the 901. I'm a self-admitted fan of the 901 and would readily suggest someone try that first before a 510....especially due to the shorter battery life of the 510. As it is....most e-cigs don't last long enough w/ their small batteries, so I wouldn't want to turn someone on to e-cigs with a model that has an extremely short life.

Just my $.02! :p

901 may work for 10 cig a day smoker(although I don't have one) but manual batts are a big plus. Pcc is way more important than a pelican case(u can buy cases anywhere) I am a BIG fan of the 510.

3 batts and 5 atty's is the perfect start. I got a free L88 last week(same as blu) and I promise you it is exactly the same as sucking air through a straw I would have never quit with it and would have given up on e-cigs altogether

No worries................:thumb: Just to clarify I did say it was one of the most popular. I think the 901 is probably still tops and Lucky is right, a 901 with a true sealed manual batt could be interesting..............

However, I am past all of them and very happy with my Stick.....My wife however, would give me up before her 510............

OK....just to make sure I don't screw up can you give me a link to exactly what you are talking about LuckySeven?

Here is one place that sells manual 901 batteries. Vapor Country : DSE-901 Manual Battery(Black)

There are 2 issues with this: I don't know if this is a sealed battery (cant tell from pic) you would need to email supplier to ask. The starter kit still comes with auto batts. Offhand I do not know who(if anyone) sells a 901 starter kit with manual sealed batteries.

Currently right now I cannot provide you a link because I don't know of anyone in the US that has an actual SEALED MANUAL 901 full kit. Many suppliers got in some of the 901 manual batteries, but they were NOT sealed. If I see a place that offers the full kit sealed, I'll post it.

Zen Cart!, The Art of E-commerce has SEALED 901 batteries, BUT they don't have the full kits up with the chargers for the sealed batteries either. If you use the old 901 manual charger, you could damage the manual button on the manuals and it's not recommended to be used. The problem is, China let batteries and passthroughs out into the market place UNSEALED. So many of the suppliers have unsealed product. A few are starting to get in the sealed passthroughs and batteries, but none really have the whole kit yet with the proper everything you need. It's just all new and it's going to take some time for suppliers to get the proper stuff in.

Thanks for this, tna. I've been wondering about the 901, and this gives me a good picture. So far, I've only tried the 510, but I wanted to get another model also, and it looks like the 901 is a good choice. Thanks!
