What is the difference in Resistance Levels?

I want to order some 510 cartomizers and I have to choose Low, Medium or High Resistance. What does that mean?

The lower the resistance, the warmer the vapor. The higher the resistance the cooler the vapor.

That is the simplest answer without going into math/electrical stuff.

If you want the electrical stuff and the math, I can do that too.
