I have one to add. Just the other day I threw my pv in my pocket and a spare 18350 in the other pocket and headed out.

Apparently the coins and keys in my pocket bridged the battery terminals and I ended up doing the pee pee dance, while waiting to cross at a busy intersection, in order to get the burning keys, coins, and ruined battery out on the sidewalk before I burst into flame.

I NEVER forget my battery case anymore...

Ordering the "risk free trial" from vaperlite.com while extremely drunk one night....put me $100 in the hole for a POS starter kit and almost a month of talking to customer service trying to cancel it....ended up being able to get 1/2 of the $ back and set a friend up with a vape pen but learned a lessen

Broke a pyrex tank yesterday, my first, only bought the mod about four days ago. The device was sitting in my lap as I climbed out of my car, and it fell to the asphalt with a sickening crack, where it lay miserably in a pool of its own fluids.

Ouch :(

Ditto for me today. It was on my itaste vv as I watched it roll to the floor. It was like a cheap slow motion kung fu movie :(

Wrapped a most b-e-a-u-tiful dual coil on my brand spanking new igo-w, with the atty attached to a K100 instead of attached to my ohm checker. I was pushing down on the screwdriver with my index finger holding the coil in place.

Do I need to mention what position the locking fire button was in??

Get a bit of a jolt there, did ya?

I really like this thread because it is comforting to know that I am not alone in occasionally being idiotic.

So I am reading this morning while filling my 4 Protanks for the day and managed to put Ahlusion Contrary Cherry in the Nicoticket Gravity tank. THE ONLY colored tank I have and it is blue so didn't think much of the color difference. But, but I was distracted reading this!

Hope it don't taste too bad. New rule, only one tank open at a time.

'Dumb' or 'foolish'? Simply not stopping and applying a moment of thought before acting. MANY a "learning experience" past and no doubt in the future. I'm glad we are not involved in explosives removal!

-1- Holding T3S drip tip up and unscrewing base to change coil. Hand felt wet. Looked shiny. Juice level quickly depleted.

-2- Thought 36mg/ml would be what I needed for at least three months. Wrong. Cut with VG. Vaped 'No Flavor-High Vapor. Juice lasted for well over a month. Nasty stuff.

-3- Believed that "3 to 5 days" really meant "3 to 5 days". And then - the color was wrong!

-4- Put faith in ANY "REVIEW" of ANY 'juice' by ANY vendor. Oh? So we REALLY DO perceive tastes differently? How shocking! But - SallySwapGirl sounded SO knowledgeable about 'juice tastes',

-5- Believed "Will provide two full days of vaping". Only if you take one really tiny tiny "hit" per hour and a six hour nap twice a day!

The dumbest thing I have done to date:

Filled up a mini pt2 with banana runt juice, not wanting to wait for the liquid to absorb into the wick, I just put the topper on a spinner. Took a couple of dry pulls. Thought to my self, don't think that will quit do the trick, maybe I should cover the air holes and suck really hard. So I exhaled and sucked as hard as I could. Can you guess what happen next? I emptied the entire tank through the air tube into my mouth.

edit: it did work

Great thread!! I think everyone has one to share. Who threw their ego/ciglike out the car window like a ciggie??? Fess up!

Oh yea....... I just read that one........ a truck driver. STopped to vape as he always did with a cigarette. Was done vaping - threw it on the ground - stomped it and realized "oops". Back in the truck --- vaping away --- dispatcher called him --- open window --- tossed his setup out like he would have done a cigarette --- another "oops moment". He changed his 'muscle memory' quite' quickly after those episodes!

Had an intermittent coil on my T3 tank. Figured I'd spin it off and back on the battery to see if I could get contact, while driving of course. Spun it off and realized I spun the tank off the base. Nowhere to pull over right away so I had to drive for awhile with juice all over my hands, steering wheel, pants and seat. That was a high profanity commute.

Not all of MBV's stuff really needs to be steeped, but the flavor does change over time. I liked Hawk Sauce right out of the mail, but it got more complex and fruitier over about a week's time. Same with the Ecto Cooler. I also accidentally ordered some of their USA Mix, forgetting that no amount of steeping can make that stuff palatable. :p

Their pear juice is outstanding. Most of the juices I've tried require one extra flavor shot though.

I had a moment of panic when I thought I grabbed an e-liquid bottle instead of eye drops after I put them in my eye (I was at work). The bottle looks extremely similar. It was regular eye drops though so no worries there, but it has made me careful after that, haha.

Other than that, I've had no real incidents. One thing I have done quite a few times though is try and mix flavors in a full tank, which end up tasting like crap, so I have to empty out the juice in the sink. Probably quite a lot of juice wasted there.

It's either one of these:

1. I was about to refill my clearo but was more focused on what was happening on TV, rather than what I was doing with my hands. While screwing my clearo off the battery, I felt a warm sticky liquid on my fingers. I looked down and instead of unscrewing the entire clearo off the battery, I'd actually screwed the clearo off the base and the base stayed in the battery. Needless to say, eliquid was EVERYWHERE.

2. Cleaning out my Aerotank, I blew down the centre tube to get rid of liquid that had leaked. I did it with my eyes wide open and eliquid went straight into my left eye. 10 minutes of agony and a very red eye later, I carried on with what I was doing but did the same thing AGAIN. That time eliquid went into my RIGHT eye, so I guess that if anything, it evened them up a little.
