The Chuck and others like it? Been thinking of getting one. I see so many people mention it on the forum and see a lot of you have a pic of one on ur profile. There are so many out there. I would like to find out what all the fuss is about and maybe get one with a good reputation for being a solid e cig. Been thinking of the GLV-2 also. Saw the review Grimm gave it and it seems like a solidly built e cig.

I think once you try a high volt mod you will know what the fuss is about.
For me it is lots of vapor and not having to drag so long to get the cloud of vapor. Some people say it is the warm vapor and better flavor.
I personally have not tried a chuck. I have an Indulgence and 2 Saber Touch 5 v. I like them both for different reasons. I have never heard a bad thing about a chuck and I would like a glv too, but I can't have everything at once lol.

The chuck "can" be a high volt mod. But I personally use at as a 3.7 volt (regular) battery mod. It means I don't have to charge the battery every 6 hours. The 3.7 volt battery used is 3000mah, as opposed to 300-600 for "cigarette looking" e-cigs.

In fact, if i forget to charge the battery for 1 or 2 days, it's not a huge deal.

I got tired of having to re charge 3 or more times during the day.

But more than that, you can customize your own artwork on it (Chuck Artwork), and I really like how it fits in my hand. It feels like a serious smoking unit. It looks huge in pictures, but it's smaller around than a quarter.

Been thinking about a Buzz. I have an Indulgence and a Chuck. I personally use my Chuck more. Made the mistake of vaping at 6V and can't hardly go back to 3.7. Battery life on the mods is far superior to the stock batteries and as stated in an earlier post the chuck has personal graphics on it. If you get a mod just check around and don't be hasty. There are several out there that have good reviews!

The Chuck looks amazing.
The guy who makes it just has to be insane as I am.
I love that.
I e-mailed and told him as much just yesterday.
Everyone should just buy a chuck, far as I'm concerned.

I haven't used one.
But when I'm able to, I'm going to violate my love of autos and just break down and get one.
I don't care if something is the size of a six battery mag-lite so long as I get alot of vapor.

I think The Chuck will be about the size of a good cigar. I want one.

The Chuck is a good, solid mod. It's also the most customizable commercial mod there is. You can choose from many different colors and finishes, or you can have it customized with a graphic of your choosing. There is a substantial lead time (2 weeks to a month) because they are made by one guy, and made to order. There is a definite "coolness" factor about owning a mod that is customized just the way you want it.

It also comes with a one year warranty, and Jeff's customer service is top notch. If you have a problem, he fixes it. Period.

I own many mods, and use my Little Chuck quite often. It hasn't failed me yet.

Way I hear it they're smaller than they look online...

on the site "For those submitting custom graphics, the dimensions of the CHUCK are 2.85″ x 4.5″ and the dimensions of the LITTLE CHUCK are 2.85″ x 3″. Graphics may be submitted in any high-resolution format."

I believe he may be giving the circumference rather than the diameter of the chuck. That would make it much easier to design graphics for it.

That would make it .9 of an inch or 22.86mm, which is only a few mm thicker than the battery. (18650 is 18mm diameter by 65mm length, the final 0 means round) Not that big after all eh?

I have been considering a 5v, I am so used to 3.7...I don't want to give up the compact size of the 3.7...but you all say the 5v is so much better...so it makes me doubt my newest purchase of the provape...even though it has great reviews..maybe theres a smaller 5v out there where you don't have to stack bats? I know i'll be happy with the provape but is the small chuck also 3.7? maybe a christmas idea for a 5v...I have tried box mods..not liking those...any ideas??

I can't speak for 6v but I have a 5v PT and it is nice, but my Provape is still far superior. Especially using a LR Atty or LR carto. I only use the 5v PT on certain liquids because it does seem to boost their TH and vapor.

Little chuck is shorter, same Diameter, less battery life because of the smaller size but either one of em will beat the CRAP out of any standard batt.

Basically Cdr...go with what you like more. :)

Also, advice from the guys at vaporcast, put some thought into what design you want. They can be pretty friggin sweet looking.
