While I admire some of the work put into these creations, I'm more into functionality. As with any other hobby/interest, there's a point where that extra few hundred dollars (or thousand dollars) isn't buying you more quality, it's buying you more things that don't contribute to the vape.

I'd be okay with spending $500 on a mod - but it better be the BEST thing on the street, no bugs, flaws, or errors, with one HECK of a warranty...

Agreed, the high dollar mods are more of a status symbol to show off with than serve any practical purpose.
Saying that though if I was the Sultan of Brunei I would have an Otto or 2 or 3

I do believe the silver or gold Caravela mods would be right up there with the best for voltage drop conscious vapers. There is a point of diminishing returns on investments.

Myself, I'd be fine with a stainless damascus acid etched Nemesis, I bet that would look sweet. Performance would not likely be on par with a regular one but we are talking about such a small difference between the worst and best based on metals alone. Just work on super fine machining and it would be fine.

Unlimited funds at my disposal, I'd build a battery and nicotine facility. Mod? Not sure you can top a Caravela and Senisis.

Thats very true about the Caravela, but you would have to polish the silver version to remove tarnish a lot to keep peak conductivity I should imagine.

Hmm a Damascus steel mod could be stunning, you are so right there. With the grain like a high end knife or Samurai sword. You are on to something there if it has not been done already!

The wooden mods are very nice, I would like to see the one you mention just out of curiosity.

I just had a quick scan looking at the pictures for now and WOW there are some real beauties there! The timeless natural beauty of wood and the elegance of these relatively simple design's just gel so well together to create something really very special and exquisite.

I want one very badly but couldn't afford one unfortunately :(
