it seems everyone is concerned about what is in the juices they vape but i have not seen any info on what is that nasty stuff they put in new atty's....does anyone know ????

Yes, primer fluid is just 0-nicotine e-juice. Usually unflavored, but some factories use a tobacco flavor. And besides keeping the wick and coil moist during shipment, the "primer" is also used for the usual purpose of e-liquid; most factories have the workers take a test puff or two on the atomizer coil to make sure it works before its handed to the next stage of assembly.
I'd add that while you can blow out the primer it is still a good habit to just puff (not inhale) the first several draws you take on a new atomizer because the taste may still linger some.
