What is this? A Mega Atty? (pic included)

When I got my order in, there were a pack of 5 of these attys or carts.. Not sure what they are but I'm trying to use them. They came with my Ego Kit have a white rubber removeable tip and are around 2 inches long. I know it's an atty and cartridge together---i think lol, thanks!

i believe what you have is a XL cartomizer, atty and cart filler in one.they work great, holds alot of juice

That is definitely a 510 XL cartomizer. If you haven't filled one before just do a search for "filling cartomizers" and you'll find several ways to fill them with juice.

Yes you can use those on a 510 or an ego. The ego also has much larger ones you can purchase.
They are refillable using the condom method which is where you take the rubber cap and fill it up a little with liquid and then push the mouthpiece end down into the cap.
Or you could use a syringe.
The larger ones you can drip one drop at a time through the threads, or use a syringe. I do not think there is a condom method for the larger ones.

Ok, my thanks for all the help. I dripped like 20-30 drops into this and waited to make sure the liquid finished dripping (had absorbed into the filler) and took my time doing all this, etc. Put the cap back on and got like 2 good hits and then the taste was horrible... like a burnt chemical/burning taste... I think I'll try another one and see any difference.

That carto is probably fried. It happens sometimes and it takes a little practice and experience to figure out when it's time to refill. They have to be kept moist to avoid burning the filler and that's the trick right there. The nice thing about cartos is that they're so cheap and easy to replace that I don't feel bad tossing one out. Don't vape them until they're hot to the touch if you can help it. I tend to vape A LOT and I have to remind myself to slow down when I'm using them.

Ok that makes sense woman because I was hitting it hard and on the 3 or 4 puff I got that horrible taste. I will slow down when using them.

Looks like a CE2 ceramic cartomizer to me. If you pop off the white cap and look inside, do you see a silicone ring down in the barrel? If so, it doesn't have any filler material, just a reservoir, a wick, coil, and bowl.

Did the box resemble a pack of playing cards with the brand PureSmoker on it?

Many cartomizers have that taste in the beginning.
It could be that it has to be blown out before use, or already contained a bad tasting liquid to begin with.
