It's for "E-Solid" which is gel-like substance flavored like e-liquid. gotvapes sells it, as well as the atomizer- thingy, which they call a Dome Dripper (I think). There are a couple of videos around reviewing the E-solid stuff. It appears to have some iffy/unidentified ingredients in it.

I've seen that same gizmo at GotVapes. According to GotVapes, it's still kind of in development...at least with flavors and mixture of the paste. There's a review linked on the GotVapes page for this gizmo. It looks interesting, but not sure about this one...there's a lot of chemicals in the paste.
