I always wanted to give up cigarettes before I was 30 but didn't know how as I enjoyed smoking so much!

Lucky for you that you discovered e-cigs at such an early age. I'm sure that most of us would have loved to have been that young and analog free. Good job...

Mrs. and I wanted to quit smoking before starting a family . Been cutting back gradually, but never quite got there. Found out about e-cigs and just got them the other day; now we are at roughly our first 40 hours analog free. Had a temporary lapse shortly after we got them. Had to move a very heavy, old 37inch tube TV down some stairs. Quite stressful and afterwards we thought we needed a "real" cig. As we were sitting there smoking, we realized it was no better than vaping, and haven't turned back.

I'ts a good age to hold at...unfortunately, my hubs has far too much fun with this... and I quote:

"you're a 29 year old with the body of a 40 year old."

Obviously, I'm not done training him, yet

Ah, I am not ashamed to tell anyone my age. I'm 53 years old and have two beautiful grandchildren. I love being a Grandma - spoil them and then send them home to Mom and Dad!

Nothing to be ashamed about. We all get older, hopefully. Just nice to know that we've lowered our risk of cancer exponentially...so we can all grow old!

I fell off of the age cliff a few years ago. When I can quit buying a new e-cig every month and gallons of juice, I'll just pay to pull it up, fill it in, cut it off...
