Hey Mr Pipeman! :)

Great to see you back!

Please excuse me for my own personal opinion to your question, which boils down to....

One of the things I have embraced about e-smoking is that the flavours are pretty far removed from tobacco. Even the 'tobacco' flavours; they don't really taste much like tobacco. People have commented/almost complained about it... some people yearn for that 'real' tobacco taste...

But I love that element, something that is pretending, and oh so similar to smoking, but is not actually smoking. It's so good! And the flavours that are supposed to be like tobacco, are actually nothing like tobacco at all - they are so much better!! :)

How's it going with the i-inhale/olite? I've got a huge pack of shisha tobacco that I bought in Tunisia some years ago (all sealed) - should I take the plunge? Worried that I will start the tobacco habit again if I do. Loving my Stick v2 at present.

Thats a tough one, vaping shisha tobacco isn't much like vaping tobacco mixes. The tobacco mixes are all about the tobacco flavour and the alkaloids. Most of the alkaloids are absent from e-liquid so in a way it's a step back to an addiction you have kicked.

However, vaping shisha is somewhat different. Hardly anything from the tobacco vaporizes unless you go for 10-15 minutes at a time. The flavours are a welcome change from e-liquid and if the unit was a little smaller, I would never use an ecig. I still find it hard to recommend the Iolite to people who are happy with their ecigs. It's an expensie thing to try if you don't like it and has a similar learning curve to getting on with ecigs.

I love my Iolite, but not all owners do. Watch this space for some Iolite news, use of the unit may well be about to change very soon!

Well this comes as no great surprise - I estimate the approx average age of e-smokers to be about mid-forties.

I know from direct experience that the younger generation of tobacco smokers are not that interested on the whole, because they have not yet experienced dramatically decreased lung capacity.... and they will say things like "I'll give up when I'm older or have a couple of kids..." etc.
