for those of you using io6 attys, does anyone have trouble with the liquid feeding into the atty? it doesnt seem to feed as easy as the cisco 306 for me and i get a burnt taste too often

i also drilled one of the holes to make it bigger. it loosened up the draw but not much better with the liquid feeding. do you guys de bridge your io6?

I have used the i06. Just had one on last week. It didn't last a whole week. I know the cause was feeding the atty when it was too hot. Do that and you can pop the coil.

They seem to need a lot of attention for me to get the perfect juice level in the atty without flooding. The draw was tight, but not bad.
I did not debridge it.

fyi for those of you having similar problems. i debridged the 1.5 atty and it is MUCH better. no more feeding problems and it seems to hit more consistantly

Yep I just buy mine with no bridge (Cisco Bridgless) and that way there is constant mesh around them instead of the two holes you leave when the bridge is pulled out. Much less chance of a leaker that way and of course less fiddle factor :D

I am currently running 6v with a 2.5 ohm
HH 357 long barrel. DIY juice. I bought the 2.5 ohm for vv but then there were delays. But it works really well at 6v, just a little too intense for my liking. I much prefer 3 ohm for 6v vaping. More vapor with not as much burny th.

I used to use the 4.8v batteries with 1.8ohm bridgeless attys, but have recently switched to using 1.7ohm shorty cartos, so my Grand setup is now:

blk/blk Grand (old gold door during bouts of Saints fandom)
AW IMR 18650 x 4
Xtar 6-bay charger
1.7ohm smoktech shorty cartos
GITD Trippy Tip
Homemade GITD button cover
DIY 24mg 50/50 unflavored, because the Grand gets used at work

I just ordered my first REO this afternoon (YAY!!!), but I have all of the other parts I'm planning to use already so I'll go ahead and list now. If anyone has any suggestions for me it would be great, but please PM me so we don't take the thread OT. :)

Silver/Black Grand w/delrin button top
Panasonic 18650 x4
Xtar 6-bay charger
LR AVA atty (bottom-feed version of course) & HH.357 2.0ohm 510 atty (Not sure which one I'll settle on)
Black Ming drip tip for the AVA and black Blaster for the HH.357
AVA Gorilla Juice

Also have a Kick and 4 Nhaler branded 18500's, but probably won't use these at first...

How do you like the 1.7 shorty carto? I've been using the reg 1.7 for some time and really like, where would you get the shorty? Are the shorty's more prone to flooding than the regular? Thanks.
