What juice flavor should never be invented?

Speaking of bad flavor ideas... I just filled up a 2Ω Vision clearo with a bacon flavor with mixed results. The decision was kind of like passing by a big car accident on the freeway. You know someone got hurt real bad, but you just can't help slowing down and looking. Scrolling through the choices.. what's that?.. Bacon flavor? I giggled on the inside a minute and then thought WTF? Bacon goes with everything! So I clicked it into my cart with some other new stuff. It's a small bottle so no harm done if it doesn't work out, right?

The first few hits and I was thinking about this thread. It wasn't really pleasant tasting. Not quite bad enough to trigger a gag - just weird and not very bacony. More like something between a sour mop and feet. To the maker's credit, who shall remain unnamed, I did use a clearo that isn't working as I'd like. That way if I had to toss it, I wouldn't feel too hurt tossing that particular one. I also didn't rinse out the sour fruit flavor that I vaped until it was empty. Maybe that's what caused the sour flavor. Anywho...

A few more pulls and it just isn't getting better. Not quite as bad as at first. Just not good. Let it sit a minute then try again to see if it's any less gross. Puff puff. Then my battery (I'm rotating a couple 1000 mAh eGos on these clearos) starts flashing the dead signal. Hmmm. Been on that one since last night. Wonder if a hot battery will help this stuff out?

OK. Now the little atty is sizzling. Puff puff puff. Now the flavor is starting to change some more. The old flavor is finally coming out of the wick. Puff sizzle puff puff. Now that's more like bacon. Just not the kind I have for breakfast on Sunday mornings. More like something cooked over a charcoal grill with a couple of rubber bands or pieces of plastic thrown on the coals.

Still hitting it here and there. Puff puff puff. Tasting a little better, but just nothing even close to the real thing. The level is down 0.2 ml so this is about as good as it's gonna get now. Puff puff. Yeah... more car wreck than tasty strip of bacon. This little piggy is going in the box of unloved juices to be brought out for novelty or desperation purposes only.

Just say no to meat flavors.

I think what I've really learned in the past two years fooling with this stuff is: imagine that "flavor" as being available as a room deodorizer or perfume. Because that is what I believe the flavorings to essentially be the same as. Although, I'd have to guess a bacon Airwick would be better than the vape LOL.

Dorian eeeww, eewww, yuck!!!! And believe it or not, I saw someone mention it on the Malaysian Vapors FB group! Needless to say the person hated it and seemed amazed that they didn't like it! Hehe, surprise surprise? That cracked me up and I laughed till tears were streaming down my face!
I am a bit of a fruit hunter and seek out and eat every strange and exotic fruit I can find, in whatever country I am in... but dorian... that is the one fruit I haven't been able to stomach - so far. I have tried a few times (when I could get close without gagging). The smell is too awful to bear, so much so, that it is banned to take into into hotels and not served in restaurants... It is usually sold on corners, (so to get a breeze from both sides) far away from other fruit sellers... and you can smell it several blocks away in all directions.

Really? I LOVE Durian.
it's one of my favorite fruits, although very hard to get where i live....
i don't understand why people think it's so revolting, to me it smells like a plate of roasted mixed nuts and tastes even better.

There and hundreds of varieties. Well actually, I don't know how many varieties there are... but - a lot :). I am pretty sure that the type you can buy in a supermarket in the US is not the same stinky ones sold on the corners in SE Asia, that have tourists gagging and holding hankies to their noses hehe...

So, where did you taste Dorian?
