Hi,
I'm new to this so I know nothing about these things. I recently purchased the pictured item from a local smoke shop. This has helped me to stop smoking without craving cigarettes, so I plan to keep with it. I went back to get replacement atomizers so I would have them, but they don't have them and don't know what I need.

I've looked around online and can't seem to find something that looks just like this. There are so many varieties, I just want to figure out what will fit in this so I can get the right ones. The instructions say it's a dual coil, and resistance of 1.5, but doesn't give much other information. Any thoughts on what I can purchase for backup atomizers would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Hi Bill and Welcome to the forums. I have not seen any like that but it looks like the Kangertech Emow tank but the coil is different. It seems as the one you have is reversed threads. Most premade coils like that have the threads on the bottom. I would suggest just getting a newer tank like the one I mentioned as mostly all places would carry the replacement coils for a while. I have one (Emow) and use it every day and have been smoke free for just over a year. I also cant seem to find the coils that you have pictured. Sorry I couldn't help.

Be careful with that set up. The battery isn't the greatest for durability. They work ok but the voltage adjustment breaks easily.

The suggestion of the kanger emow is good. I'd also toss in the nautilus mini. Just stay away from any tank that says sub ohm or has a resistance of less than 1.5 and you'll be in the safe range of that batt.

You have a basic ego style setup there. It works well and is not expensive to maintain. You just need a supply of coils. To change juices just clean it all out with warm water, install a new coil, make sure to saturate the coil with new juice before you apply power then apply the power slowly...ramp up the power so you don't fry the coil.

I have friends that have quit smoking for years using a device like yours.

If you want more advanced gear by all means but you have everything you need right there.

Also, buy juice that is 50vg/50pg so it is thinner juice otherwise you can run into clogging issue. Thicker juice has a hard time flowing through your coils. VG is the thicker component of eliquid. Vegetable Glycerin. It's used to make clouds in fog machines[emoji12]

Vape on!
