Wow, lots of hate for snoop dogg here. Wonder why?

..(white, privileged Libertarians)

That's Snoop Lion to you. And why should I love him? Does he do anything for me? NOPE. Do I enjoy his music? NOPE. Do I think he is cool? NOPE.

And do you really need to throw out the racial slurs? (white, privileged Libertarians) Not sure why calling someone white in such a derogatory manner is any better than the alternative.

Why do us "normal" people put so much stock in what "celebrities" are doing? If I was caught doing half the stuff Snoop did, I would have been locked up a long time ago for a very long time. But because he can "sing" (or "rap") he gets a slap on the wrist and people love him for it. Sounds like another group of untouchables that run things their way. In a place with the initials DC.

Lindsay Lohan

Roman Polanski

O.J. Simpson

why did this need another topic?

you stole my picture and started a new thread after I made this one

the dude in pink distributes devices/juice locally for Knockout vapors. He was using a "firefly" (ego rebrand) and he told me snoop was vaping e-liquid at this party (but he was in town all weekend and did other things we can't discuss here.)

Sorry. I never saw your post. I saw the pic on Reddit earlier today and reposted here.

Somehow your thread didn't devolve into people tripping over themselves to tell us how much they despise some irrelevant celeb

I get upset about any celebrity getting undue attention. Nice work on editing your previous post but my quote of that post kinda nulls that out.

No one said anything about his race, until you got upset that people involved in this thread were questioning the need for celebrity endorsement. I do not agree with any celebrity of any race getting by with what they do. I used Snoop as an example because it isn't hard to find criminal doing in his past. Is that my fault because I am white? I think not. Every person on the planet has to take responsibility for their own actions. Just because someone different than them calls them out on it doesn't make it racist.

Snoop is a talented artist and a smart businessman. For anyone to maintain relevancy in hip hop music for 20 years takes savvy.
He might not be the best role model for young children, but he is another person that came from nothing and made his life into something productive.

as far as the majority of snoop bashing going on in this thread, I think it's partially racial. I notice that the people who live in the "south" seem to be more open-minded in this thread also.

it's human nature to fear what we don't understand. Snoop lion and some people that frequent this forum are probably worlds apart.

In 1993, when Snoop's debut album was released, I was a 12 year old white jewish male growing up in the suburbs of new orleans, but he still influenced my life and I learned about things from snoop's music that I had no clue about.

just vape some clouds and listen to some of the things snoop can do with words. it's just music, he's just a human.

jerry lee lewis married his cousin. I'm just saying.

Well, that's certainly going to put a negative spin on the perception of vaping. Thanks Dogg! Couldn't ya just stick to your usual "greens"? Geez.

As crazy as I think his conversion from dogg to lion, he basically came out and said he's trying to be a better person. He needed to make music he and his family could really be proud of. Maybe he quit smoking and made the switch as an addition to this change!

Ummm..How about a resounding NO!? Tolerance for something involves giving your tacit approval of that thing. Im sure deep down inside "whatever his real name is" is a halfway decent person but what he's come to stand for isnt something that I could never agree with.

It isnt your fault by the way, the younger generation have been conditioned with words and phrases like "politically correct" 'dont judge" and "hater" without realizing that what that really means is that the powers that be dont want you to have any opinion or even a very good sense of right and wrong. You're easier to fool that way.

This whole thread reminds me of a saying: " You have to stand for something or you'll fall for anything."
There is some serious truth in those words.

Race was never an issue for most of the people denouncing his involvement in vaping in this thread. Ive heard most of them speak pretty strongly about a certain vendor thats been in the news lately as well.

If he is genuinely trying to turn his life around and do things that his family would be proud of then I commend him. We've all made mistakes in our life that we would change if offered the chance but given the reputation of rap music and the effect its had on our culture and more specifically our kids Id recommend branching out to a different genre altogether. That's not 'hate" thats just good advice.

Or maybe he got his gear from trippystix...

I only say this because Wiz Khalifa uses the same gear in some of his youtube videos.......but not for ejuice.

Are we not allowed to name the "you know what" he's famous for smoking on the forum?

d. ECF does not allow or support the use or discussion of use of any substances, or equipment for the consumption of such substances, that we consider unconnected to normal e-cigarette use or generally recognised as illegal. ECF is a single-topic resource and that topic is e-cigarettes.

e. Members may not discuss non-legal non-consumer drugs or equipment and neither may registered vendors sell products for consumption of materials other than regular e-cigarette refills.

It is tongue in cheek, true and sad at the same time. I may be cynical but I can't stand to see people who sing, act, play sports, etc. making more money than the people who educate our children. I have no time for it and you can blame my father for that. I was taught the value of hard work and doing the right thing.

How many celebrities get by with so many crimes just because of who they are? I find it disturbing but apparently most of America is cool with it. C'est la vie.

the quick answer is money. lots of money will get you aquitted from anything. our country has learned that time and time again.
but why do they have so much money? some people theorize that our country cultivates and protects the entertainment industry. this "precious" industry is responsible for distracting the masses while our govt fleeces the nation, stripping us of our rights and money. education? that just gets in the way of complete domination. cant be having people think for themselves. then they wouldnt just blindly support and buy everything that is shoved down our throats. they need the entertainment industry to keep shoving. its all part of their plan. and its working.
