I started with 18 and 24. I very quickly dropped myself down to zero nic, and have been zero for close to 2 months now. I plan on weening myself off the pv over the next year. I already leave it at home when I go out etc. I still tend to chain vape at my computer though if I dont consciously think about it. It's not that I dont enjoy vaping. I do. But As it is now just a habit, not an addiction, I would like to get rid of the habit too. Why spend the money, and inhale anything but oxygen if I dont have to, right? I loved trying new flavors of juice, and find it hard to resist when one strieks me as sounding good, so I have tons of juice which I plan on starting to send to you nice people here pretty soon. Slowly reduce the supply as I work on getting rid of the thing. I plan on keeping one bottle of juice, and 2 PVs if an emergency ever arises. I would hate to find myself grabbing a pack of analogs!

Well being new I didn't really know how much nic to get so being a 1 to 1.5 PAD ultra lights I started with 18mg.
On my 1st day I vaped allot because it was like anything else new toy. What i found out was I could Vape 2 or 3 times every 15 min all day long and at the end of the day i felt different and figured it was more nic than the analogs. I figured that when i was smoking analogs there was a greater gap to when i was smoking so i got the nic all at that 1 time and not a steady flow all day long which is different from smoking.
I Placed my 1st big order for juices and when with 12mg and thought that would be grate but i now felt like i was missing something and need more nic. I quickly ordered 1 bottle of 24mg that i now use only for those time i think i need it.
What I am finding out now is that the 12mg is fine and only vaping 1 to 2 ml a day and probably can go lower now that i found my all day vape of BWB Malty Toffee I just cant seem to but it down. 8)

Do you want to vape less?
well, It took a while, but I currently vape more often than I smoked, so probably counts as more addicted.
But, that doesn't particulary bother me. I just wonder if I'd fiend less with the slightly higher nicotine level.
I guess I could just try a little 24 and see how it works out.

Not really. It's hard to say if you actually vape more than you smoked because you smoke them differently. A cigarette you smoke until it's out. You can pick up a pv vape, put down, etc. You're also absorbing the nicotine differently.

It's up to you because it depends on your ultimate goal. If it's to not smoke or vape, try lowering it see how it goes or like you mentioned see if you vape less with higher nicotine.

I wouldn't rush into it too much. Just make sure you're off the cigs before you trying messing with things too much. I'm at the point now where if my pv is downstairs and I'm upstairs and I'm usually too lazy to go get it. Try that with cigs. The other day I went out to lunch and left it home and didn't bother me. When I first started I would have had a panic attack.
