What makes you come back?

So, besides the yummy goodness that David-and-crew create for us, what are the other reasons that you come back to FSUSA. For me, it is because David is always a phone call away. Another reason has to be the awesome sales. I also like David's participation in the forums, and the great Associates that he chose.

So, what has you coming back?

For me it's always been the little things. The notes on invoices, email updates on order status, the quick rectification of any (very rare) errors they make. I love that I'm supporting a family business. And the amazing juice goes without saying. But for me, it's the other things that matter most.

The amount of updates make the order seem special and handled like the holy grail.The juice is fantastic to say the least.

Its the whole enchilada that is FSUSA, I know thats a cop out answer but they do a lot of things really right.

I have to add, that when I order everything on a Friday night, its showing up on Monday, is pretty awesome! From AZ to FL, that's great!

FSUSA is the only place I go for my vaping needs; not just because of the quality products they carry and the courteous service, but because when I walk in the lounge, I am greeted as a friend, not just another customer. The FSUSA crew is a great bunch that are genuinely interest in how you are doing and genuinely care and will do or advise whatever they can to make it easier. I always look forward to visiting my friends at FSUSA, whenever I can.

The Crew, and the high level of Customer satisfaction is the reason I've been a loyal FSUSA CX for almost 1 year now. I don't buy juice anywhere else anymore.

I love the thank you's on the order form you get, and the fact that they truely care, always makes my day.

I'm also always happy to support a family run business, they are just so damn few and far between nowadays.

This is not to be taken as nasty, but just the truth...
Even with the discontinuation of samples with every order (I was told there's still samples, but not on every order. I'm 3 orders sample-less and counting. Other vendors still give samples with each order)...
Even with the discontinuation of the 10% coupon (many vendors offers one)
Even without the option for free ground shipping (a lot of vendors offer this, too)
The sheer number of quality flavors, customer support and quick order turn-around keep me coming back.
