Hello all,

Fairly new to vaping approx 1 month or so. I'm interested in purchasing a Mech mod. Doesnt have to be anything super rare but i'm looking for something that wont be too hard to find stocked.

I have a provari mini and regular, China GGTS. The China GGTS is nice but the quality is not there. Fading pretty bad and not too much use.

I was looking at the legacy, ea mod, precise.

Any suggestions ?

Legacy is the cheapest even if you buy the optional flat top separately. It also performs as well as anything else, I hate that I sold mine.

Now for the rest of the thread everybody tells you what they have is the best but truth be told, the three you are interested in are all good, so buy the one you want the most if money is not an issue. The legacy is the best bang for the buck though.

Order a SuperT ELA... and yes you will have to wait a few weeks to get it, but look at the specs: Super T ~ ELA
When you get to the page click the: "Click here to hide/show information"....it will show all the info....
SuperT quality/fit and finsh are second to none..:)

I was looking at that, price is high but looks super nice. Maybe the wait will teach me patience hahahha. Is this a new mod they are releasing ?

In regards to the legacy, I like it except for the looks.

Another vote for the Legacy. Very solid, good value, can get replacement parts, no wait to get it, and it performs very well. Not the sexiest looking mech out there (although it does look better with the flat top), but it performs well and is built to last. Easy to disassemble and clean. I’m especially fond of the bottom button performance – fires every time, and I don’t have to lock it when I set it down since the weight of the mod plus anything I’ve put on it is not enough to depress the fire button. Of course, I lock it when I’m storing it, but no worries about setting it down between draws.

That being said, I’m waiting on a Super T ELA – just could not keep from buying one after seeing the specs and the construction quality.

Also, consider a Reo. It’s a different direction than the others you’re considering, but a rock-solid mechanical. Tons of info on it on the Reo section of ECF.

Poldiacs are more available than the other highly touted mods... but i didn't want to hassle with maintenance on silver contacts so i sold mine... i guess thats why they are more avail... less sought after. I mean the reason i bought it was because it was available.

I'd like to believe rhodium plated (the right way) contacts via SuperT is the way to go... putting my money on it for now with ELA.

I have a Precise plus and a Legacy... both nice. Puresmoker impressively has gone and made flat caps available, and is making straight tubes for the Legacy too... gotta like that for a vendor.

SuperT will never change his bottom button design... Faceless did it with the iHybrid. Narrow bottom button is my only complaint, but for the quality and warranty (lifetime - refinishing free - transferable) low maintenance, hard to beat.

Tripple digits half way to home
so I guess while I wait for the ELA, I ordered a legacy too I figure I can use that while I wait for my ELA. Jeez im bad. I always say im done but then I do this, bwahahahahahhaha

I don't think you'll regret the legacy purchase. It'll be a great backup for the ELA.

That was a good idea with the ELA estimated Completion time: 6-8 weeks....

Dont be surprized if it takes longer.....
