What MG do I need?

I smoke 2 packs a day right now. Full flavor 100's. What MG do I need? Thanks for the help.

Well, my brother was smoking one pack of marb lights a day. He now vapes med nic strength (11mg) and that works for him. You would probably need 16 or 24mg. Some would say start with the lower one then go up if it doesn't work. Or some would say start with the higher one and if it's too strong, cut it with 0mg nic or some glycerin.

I would definitely recommend starting low and working your way up only if you need to. Lower nic levels are better for you, the safety of any children or pets in your home, and if e-liquids get banned in the future you can easily make zero nic liquids

G'day Terre , I was smoking 30 odd med-high ciggies a day , I find that 18 MG suits me not too badly so I would second Lu ...16, 18 24 ish???

( oh and I soooooooooooo wanted to answer thusly ..... "well I have always been partial to a 1948 MGTC ...far classier than the MGA's and MGB's.... " )

I been on e-cigs for just over a week and found using a high nic worked for me to get over the hard to give up ones IE first one in morning and ones after meals! Everyone different but with advice I got which made sense if you get only low nic carts and they don`t satisfy your cravings you are more likely to reach for the Fags! (I smoked 20+ superkings a day which are 100s) Now don`t want a normal cig (analog) any more am going to try to cut down to medium nic over next few weeks!
