Hiya mate,

Glad to hear you like it. I still stand by my warning of not vaping juices made in china and I will continue to warn people about the possible health risks involved instead of covering it up or providing misinformation.

Sadly what you are doing is needless fear mongering and misinformation yourself all of which are not based upon facts but your opinion. :(

I was vaping alot more last week. I was felling a little funny so i thought I was getting to much. I do have some stuff made in the USA. White Rhine brand.

Clay you may right and have been getting a bit nic sick. Its happened to lots of us. If that's the case you need to take a break. As some-one mentioned, you also need to stay hydrated and you'll need to drink more water than usual. It also doesn't hurt to have some eliquid with a lower nic concentration that you can use sometimes. Overdoing it with the nic has happened to lots of people.

If you want to try to get off the cigs completely I suggest you try a 24mg nicotine. I smoked 2 packs a day and was able to comfortably quit by using 24mg. It took the cravings away and I didn't have withdrawls. I suspect your still needing to smoke because your nicotine is too low. As for the headaches, I'm not sure the cause. Could be the juice or could be trying to quit smoking. But I'd increase your nicotine and see if that helps with quitting the smokes. It could possibly help your headaches too. I know everyone is different but because your still getting the urge to smoke it could be tied to your nicotine levels. Hope this helps. You can always lower the nicotine once you get pass the hump of not smoking. Best wishes .

Ughhh What's with all the unfounded hate on Chinese products?

It seems everyone paints the whole damn country (Which is pretty ....ing huge btw) with the same brush!

It sounds like misplaced patriotic preference with no real reason. The rest of your hardware is probably Chinese, E-cigs were invented by a Chinese guy in China. Although it's good to exercise caution there is no good reason to slander companies just because they're not American. - In many cases they are much LARGER companies with a bigger reputation to uphold.

- Aussie Vaping in Tokyo.

That's fine mate, you can call it what you want.

I'll continue to research things for myself before I call everything from one of the biggest E-juice and E-cig related countries outright sh!te

I'm sorry that it upsets you that I think the LIQUA juices taste horrible. I tell ya 100% honestly and unbiased (before I even realized where it was made) I said to myself and to the tobacconist "that's really average" There's no spite or malice going on here mate.

EDIT: You know its starting to bug me how obtrusive I have had to be in this thread to do something I think is noble.

ClayU, sorry to fill your thread will this nonsense, it's supposed to be about you and will be from now on.

Its actually based off of "common sense" something you lack, if you think people shouldn't be warned about legitimate health risks. I know you veteran guys here have grown accustomed to patting each others backs around here and perhaps even feel threatened that someone with some knowledge maybe trying to encroach upon your little sewing circle here but I assure you that is not the case.

I'm not backing down mate.

Where do you get your information? Show me where the stuff made anywhere is safer than anywhere else. I'm certainly not a "veteran guy" here patting anyone's back but, to let your misguided attempts at steering what we clearly cannot prove is well silly. I don't care if you back down or not, I don't have to follow your guidelines. I hope others here are interested in getting quality juice from PROVEN vendors with a safe track record, no matter what country that may come from.

Good day

No biggie. No headache is not as bad as yesterday but it's still there. Thanks for all the input.

That's good to hear man, maybe change juices for a while and see if that helps. If you are taking big hits or using a RBA/RDA you might need to reduce to Nico quantity quite substantially.

Let us know how you feel when you get up.

Glad it's better. There's a huge transition when going from cigarettes to vaping. I experienced multiple side effects. Headache was one. I found out I was vaping way way more than I ever smoked and at the higher (24 mg at that time) levels of nicotine that seemed to cause most of it. DRINK WATER. I found what lowering nicotine and increasing water helped LOADS and LOADS….of course YMMV. I hope you find out what's causing it. Good luck to you.

Always ask where the juice is made, then ask them again because like this jerk today, tried to sell me a brand called LIQUA - says "Italian flovours" on the front with an Italian flag. No PG/VG ratios displayed anywhere on the packaging or what strength the flavor was either.

I told him specifically I don't want anything made in China yet he claimed it was not made in china, further inspection revealed it was made in china.

A Chinese product disguising itself as Italian made. Ironically, I bought a pair of cutters for snipping coils yesterday (premium price), had to return it today because it was total garbage and not fit for purpose- guess what Chinese product disguised as Italian.

READ THE FINE PRINT AND ALWAYS ASK MORE THAN ONCE.

Liqua is made in China!?!?!?!!?

You live & learn, my mate has been using this stuff on & off for a while now & tried to get my to go in with him on a nice order, personally I didn't like the way it tasted & in my Protank seemed to "cook" & was just weird, sounded like burning plastic so I left it.

RBA/RDA ???? I am using a cheap off brand EGO style . I was vaping at work last week maybe every 30 min 3 or 4 puffs . and had three cigs in the eight hours . I could probably stop the need to smoke but I am still a little nervous about vaping altogether . I ask myself I am vaping more then I smoked and I am just getting addicted to nicotine?? so this week I started vaping about every hour and the three cigs in the day also . still feel a little funny but headaches this week . probably the major slow down in cigs I was smoking pack and half .

DON'T BUY JUICES MADE IN CHINA!

They have little-to-no health regulations with mixing it. They could put poison in it if they wanted to and nobody would check it.

If you have any experience with Chinese made hardware, you'll know they cut corners where ever they can. Luckily Hardware can be washed and sterilized. Juices go directly from your lung to your blood stream.

[edited] 90% of eliquid used worldwide is from China. Modern vaping was invented in China. Based on first hand examination by ECF members, the larger Chinese eliquid manufacturers have very clean working environments.

Considering some small eliquid manufacturers mix it in their kitchens, bathrooms and garages, it is just as possible that a "closer to home" maker could sell less than sanitary eliquid.

3 ciggs per day is a nice improvement I'd say. Please don;t be nervous or worried about how much you "Vape" as opposed to "Smoke" the two are worlds apart in terms on detriment to your health.

Doctors with PHD's in the field from esteemed institutions have claimed that people who Vape run only a 1% risk of health problems compared to traditional cigarettes- that is almost 100% safer!

Vape like mad if you must and especially if it means you do without cigarettes.

The RBA/RDA (Rebuildable Atomizer) (Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer) devices are of higher quality and durability as well as performing on a much higher level to that of the EGO/EVOD style E-cigs. I recommend doing some Google searches and checking out Youtube for a good insight into it.
