A few weeks ago, I mixed several batches of my own e-liquid in different flavors with zero nicotine. What I noticed was the lack of TH and I found myself vaping constantly. What I have found that works for me is to have two PV's, one with nic and the other without, and I use the zero nic one until I get a craving for nic and then switch for a while. Seems to work well for me. Eventually I'd like to get to a lower nic level than 28 which is what I have been using. Maybe down to 9 or so, and then stay there.

If you can bump up the the PG in the 0 nic, it might provide a bit more TH and let you stretch it even further.

I'm afraid that won't work. PG provides no TH, it only allows more of the TH from nicotine to come through vs VG. So it won't do anything for 0 nic eliquid from a TH standpoint.

From my understanding 36 mg would be similar to a regular cigarette, however cigarettes contain ingredients that speeds delivery and absorption of the nic to the brain, which vaping doesn't have, so it is difficult to make a direct comparison. If the nic in your PV is satisfying your nic craving then it is probably the proper amount, however if you are continually vaping trying to satisfy your nic needs, then it's probably too low.
