Brass will conduct better so will have less voltage drop. I have Brass Nemesis Clone, pretty thick walls on it and been holding up pretty good, also got the copper upgraded contact pins, and Loaded Spring (silver plated berilium copper), hits beautifully, better than my SS Nemesis, little less than my Copper Nemesis. So brass is not a bad choice being a balance between the SS and Copper versions, the Loaded Spring and Copper pin upgrades help a lot also.
The brass is a little stronger hitting, not by much though. It didnt seem to give it more power but the batteries seemed to run a little better, a little longer.
I just retired a brass, about 2 years old and been beat to death. Its not a flimsy tube, brass is tough.

Both are over a year old and are perfect. ( I have a copper one as well)
Both hit about the same ( brass is more conductive so there's a slight difference, but not much).

I can't get over the brass stench on my hands. I prefer the SS. The brass sands much easier but currently buried out in my side yard. It spent a year buried in my backyard. I hoping my side yard gives it a better look.
That RDA was sold out this is how it will look with the RDA I ended up getting
