What part of my order did USPS not like?

I recently placed an order on liberty flights and while tracking I discovered that USPS decided to return to sender "because it could not be delivered as addressed."

I ordered:
Boge Cartomizers
Riva 510 Starter Kit
Low Resistance Atomizers
Drip Tips
5ml syringe w/ blunt 18 gauge needle

What could have set them off? Nothing about this order is illegal except the syringe maybe??

Doesn't sound like a product issue but the way it was addressed, or the label was damaged in some way. I would suggest contacting LF and verify your address and see how soon they can reship this.

I just checked and besides shipping to British Colubia my address is correct.

Maybe they've flagged Liberty Flights as a known ecig vendor and won't allow it to cross the border as per Canada Health/Canada Customs? Just a thought...even though your order did not contain nicotine....

Unfortunately you'll have to contact LF and determine what the "exact" issue was..... it may have simply been an unreadable label, insufficient postage, a signature required to a box number address, or customs refusal, ?? etc, that only THEY will know.

I've contacted LF and awaiting reply. Unfortunately they wont know why until they receive the package back.

Welcome to the sometimes very frustrating (more so when cross border) game known as online shopping.... aint it fun ??

Once you do recieve your items of choice and realize its what you wish to pursue, let this be an indicator for you to NEVER rely on shipping times for items of importance (atty's, juice, batteries, etc etc), and ALWAYS keep a month use (minimum !! I keep 6 mos to a year), of supplies to avoid "panic modes".

I know you probably meant no offense to this post but I am neither new to online shopping nor am I panicking. I am just curious as to why they would return to sender and wonder if anyone else had experience with this situation because I've had a lot of problems and delays happen to me over the years but never a return to vendor mid transit. I am more than sure LF will take care of me and I can be patient. I could have it shipped to a U.S. address and pick it up but would rather not have to take the drive. If there was a technicality then I will have it resent to Canada but there is a customs issue then I will have it sent to the US and I'm sure the people on these forums would like to know about it.

No offense meant what so ever friend...... I guess (as I shld certainly realize by now), that what sounds humourous (in my own perspective of frustrated online purchasing of many items), in one's own head loses it's hehe factor in type.

USPS will not deliver to a 'Box' type address - they require a street address as a signature is required for parcel. Was you address to a 'box'?

USPS delivers to my PO Box all the time. Going across the border it would have been turned over to the Canadian Postal system so that should not have made a difference. I ship to Canadian PO Boxes frequently and have never had an issue. Even if it needs a signature, in which case there would be a notification slip delivered saying you have something that needs to be signed for.

Maybe you are thinking UPS, they only deliver to street addresses.

ya UPS will not ship to PO box numbers. I too order from the states and have it shipped by USPS and it comes right to my PO box number. I am guessing the poster meant UPS.

From one of my US suppliers - USPS required a street address as well as my PO Box before they would accept parcel for mailing - just this one supplier but now I have both put on the mailing label to avoid delays!

I know when I order from ebay and they send usps, they also ask for my physical address if I just put down my po box number. I think that is standard practice with shipping usps.

That's good to know...I haven't had anything rejected yet, but it sounds like it's a good idea to start including physical addresses on my shipments also.
