What setup is pictured with this Super T Simplicity 18350?

Hello,

I'm wondering what cartomizer is being used with the Super T Simplicity 18350 in this picture:

After the top cap of the Simplicity, there is a brass part (what's that? - does it come with the Simplicity?), then a black part which I assume is the cartomizer (looks small to me, what kind is it?) and then what I think is an engraved Precise shorty tip.

Any help with identifiying the parts I dont know would be really appreciated. Thanks!
