I'm new to the vaping world and this may be a dumb question but... what is the attraction to vv's, provari's or mods? Is the battery life longer than say a 1300mAh X2 or Ego equivalent? Actually that was two questions. I just want to understand what you get from these "upgrades".

Oh I forgot to mention that I use a Volt X2 1300mAh. Long battery life and tons of vapor (to me).

Hi JoAnn. I still use my Volt X2s and they give a very good vape. Personally I got mods to celebrate my smoke-free time, not from any "need" as such.
A 1300mah X2 gives plenty of good battery time before needing to recharge - as good as many mods will give.
The attraction with variable voltage is being able to adjust to a warmer vape usually (putting it simply), or to vape certain juices at different voltages to bring out different flavors. I like variable wattage rather than variable voltage myself.

I bring 2 Vision Spinners from Gotvapes to work with me every day. They are Vision's version of the Ego Twist, just easier to see the voltage and are not expensive. The 650's are short enough to stay stealthy. At home and on weekends is my Provari, Young June Lavatube feeding the expensive devices. The other stuff I have is not VV but the REO 18490 is with me always.
