"In addition to the FE Cohiba aroma, which aroma can I add to give flavor?"
The traditional thing used to make flavor in ecigs (vapes) is fda baking safe lipid free flavorings. Other stuff is sometimes used, but it’ not real common. You need something really intense that won’t break down when heated.
So I’m not really sure what you are asking. Perhaps if you explained more of the situation we can help you.

My goal is to enhance the flavor of fe cohiba without compromising its taste.

Not sure what fe cohiba is. Whether it’s a juice, a flavoring, a flavor, or what. Sounds like a tobacco flavor. The traditional solution for that is menthol. You can get it several ways. The “OG” is in little spiky clear crystals you mix with high molarity ethanol to make a really powerful menthol flavoring. It’s supposed to be not good for you. I can support this in that I smoked menthols till I coughed up blue. There is a “flavor enhancer” flavoring sold by flavorwest. No idea what is in it which makes it iffy and I’ve never tested it. S’ cheap though.

Flavours Express (FE) flavorings are US-made, highly concentrated tobacco and various flavor blends, typically used at a concentration of 1%-3%.

Before tobacco flavorings were available there was this tobacco like flavor made of things other than tobacco flavor. Maybe an ingredient of it. I haven’t vaped much tobacco flavor since big tobacco used their monopoly power over tobacco flavorings to raise their price 1000%. They used to be the same cost as other flavorings. The price bump is apparently entirely artificial and designed to drive people to cigarettes.

You can Add FE Tobacco Absolute to enhance the richness of the tobacco taste, it'll add some earthy and smoky notes to your Cohiba. But be careful, this is a highly concentrated extract, just go with a drop into a small amount of juice first and then see if it needs more. I've used it like 10 years ago and as far as I can remember it makes the liquid a total coil killer.

Depends what direction you want to take it really. I’ve seen people pair Cohiba with vanilla, caramel, hazelnut or even a light whisky type flavour to round it out a bit.

Coffee works nicely too if you want a darker tobacco mix.
