i'll bet this has been asked before--if this is a repeat question can anyone direct me to a thread about this?

Having a hard time finding 36mg liquid & I don't need a gallon of it--just want to see if it will help me reduce cigs as recommended by another heavy smoker (ex-smoker, rather). I found one store with 30ml bottle, but i don't think i'll need so much
