you can only fill the kanger so much I guess you could put the coil on the chimney over fill the carefully thread the deck on but that would be alot of trouble. I just wright it off as its a kanger and they always flood some models worse than others. I think they just dont hold up to bouncing around the occasional impact I put them threw.

I agree 100% I love my kayfun V3 I got from Russia with a browser translator when they were unobtainable in the US Even though it took 3 days of back and fourth with Olga (True story) I have a V4 on the way. I also love my Ithaka and Ody with all of its NR Resistance wire aggravation.

I suppose you could do that, but it's really not worth the hassle.
I'm much more inclined to fill it again when it's empty than try and overfill something.

I'm notoriously hard on my tanks. I've managed to break just about every piece of glass I come in contact with, but I can't say I have any leaking problems. (Barring the :censored::censored::censored: Orchids I've come to despise)
The mini Sub get thrown in pants pockets, backpacks, cup holders, shirt pockets, toolbox, on top of my welder, workbench, etc. I'd hazard to say it spends about the same amount of time upside down as right side up, and nary a leak. I'd call it bulletproof, but I have several replacement glass sleeves that would disagree.

Hmmm I have to say, I've got virtually no leaking with the subtank, and I use it heavily, but I also use it mostly at home which can make a huge difference. Make sure the AFC o-ring is in, some of the subtanks have shipped with it upside down and it will fall out easily that way, on that note make sure the rounded side of the o-ring is facing upwards towards the tank. That's been fixing some of the leaking issues people have had. Kangertech has packs of fatter upgraded o-rings on their us website for like a dollar as well, but I think the minis ship with them anyways. Haven't bothered myself since I seem to have a pretty leak-proof one. And yeah I'm picking one of those v2 goblins up once trianglevape gets them for sure!

Well my only sub-tank has been my Kanger Sub-Tank Mini I just got. I gotta say I like it. Right now I am using the 0.5 that came with it. Or is it 0.6. Show's 0.6 on my Istick 30w. lol. Anyways I gotta say it is great and a huge set up from my aerotank mini. I did buy me a 5 pack of the 0.5's to go along with it. Since I haven't bothered to learn to coil yet, I figure I will just use them. I tend to have good luck with stock coils anyways. In the past the duel coils for my aerotank mini usually would last me 1-2 months.

My only sub ohm tank has been the subtank mini, I have three of them and love them...the only leaking issues I have had were a result of not screwing the coils in tight enough...once I discovered my error, never had a problem again. I carry them with me, on their side, upside down, etc...no leaks, great vapor and flavor. I have not used the rebuildable section yet though...so no comment on that.

I only have the Subtank Nano but it's been excellent. Haven't had to replace my initial 1.2 coil in two weeks of use with 80-100% VG juice. I haven't tried the .5 coil yet, and I still only have the one. I'm afraid I'll like it or something :)

So you kinda are slowing easing yourself into it. I went straight for the sub-ohming. I figured why not since this is a sub-tank. lol

I have the AA and the KST Mini, I prefer the AA, I don't like overpowering flavor, I prefer subtle flavoring, and I believe the vapor production is superior and more consistent with the AA. But really, I like them both. It's wonderful to carry them around instead of messy RDAs or lame(by comparison to the subs and drippers) aerotanks.

I've only tried the SMOK VCT A1, and have been enjoying it. I do have my eye on Hcigar's HC Mascot tank though. I like the looks of it, and the price isn't too bad. The tank takes Atlantis coil heads.

Next up, will be the SMOK Gimlet Cloud Tank Ni-200, which I'm going to purchase for my upcoming SXminiJ M Class, to check out the temp-protection feature for awhile before I get involved with nickel builds in my RTAs / RDAs...

I'm thinking about getting this "Ego One" sub tank.
has metal outer casing with slits to view juice.

In all reviews i've seen, has stellar flavor and tons of vapor.

You can get battery with tank for about $50 bucks.
comes with .5 and 1 ohm coils

Best part is: tank is only $15 bucks !

here's a review:

I use istick with Silo tank and aspire bvc coils..i don't sub-ohm yet.

Been playing with the goblin for a couple days now. Here's my comparison to the 25mm subtank in RTA mode.

Goblin pros:
-Vapor production beats the subtank by a bit
-Airflow beats the subtank by a lot
-Post holes
-Pretty much leak proof if you clean out the fill hole before replacing the screw

Cons:
-Chamber is tiny, limits build possibilities
-Having to unscrew that tiny screw makes it tedious to refill
-If you mess up your build, or just need to rewick you have to drain the tank and take the whole thing apart, and because of how it's designed it's very messy
-Much less flavor than subtank 25mm, even with smallest airflow settings
-Dual coil only
-No peek insulator

Subtank (25mm) pros:
-Flavor way better than Goblin (may not be true for subtank mini due to changes in design)
-Better tank design, can rebuild without making a mess, don't have to drain the tank
-Much easier to refill
-Now includes peek insulator for sub ohming

Cons:
-Way less airflow than Goblin
-Slightly less vapor production
-No post holes :(
-More prone to leaks
