I'm starting a regular supplement regimen to see if it really helps my physical and mental health:
Kirkland Premium Performance multivitamin x 2
(Serving Size: 1 Tablet Each Tablet Contains - % Daily Value: Vitamin A 5000 IU (66% as Beta Carotene) 100%, Vitamin C 120 mg - 200%, Vitamin D 400 IU - 100%, Vitamin E 75 IU - 250%, Vitamin K 80 mcg - 100%, Thiamin (Vit. B1) 5.25 mg - 350%, Riboflavin (Vit. B2) 6 mg - 353%, Niacin 50 mg - 250%, Vitamin B6 10 mg - 500%, Folic Acid 400 mcg - 100%, Vitamin B12 25 mg - 417%, Biotin 60 mcg - 20%, Pantothenic Acid 10 mg - 100%, Calcium 165 mg - 17%, Iron 9 mg - 50%, Phosphorus 130 mg - 13%, Iodine 150 mcg - 100%, Magnesium 50 mg - 13%, Zinc 15 mg - 100%, Selenium 200 mcg - 286%, Copper 3.5 mg - 175%, Manganese 7.5 mg 375%, Chromium 200 mcg - 167%, Molybdenum 75 mcg - 100%, Chloride 90 mg - 3%, Potassium 100 mg - 3%, Boron 60 mcg - *, Nickel 6.5 mcg - *, Silicon 4 mg - *, Tin 10 mcg - *, Vanadium 10 mcg - *, Lutein 250 mcg - *, Lycopene 300 mcg - *, Asian Ginseng Root (Korean Root (Korean white) Extract 55 mg (Panax ginseng) (standardized to 7% Ginsenosides 3.85 mg) - *, Ginkgo Biloba Extract (Ginkgo biloba) (leaf) (standardized to 24% (14.4 mg) Ginkgo Flavone Glycosides) 60 mg - *.)
Calcium carbonate 500mg x 3
Omega Fatty acid 500mg
Acetylcholine 1.4 g
Piracetam 2.5 g
Melatonin 3mg at night
In addition I am taking other supplements for weight loss:
Ephedrine sulfate 25mg 3x a day
Caffeine 300mg a day (mostly through coffee)
Alli 60mg 3x a day with meals
Thinking of trying Lipo 6x once I use up all my ephedrine (it's losing its effect - I can sleep within 2 hours of taking one if I skip the caffeine and the appetite suppression isn't as great anymore).
I want to improve my cardiovascular fitness and lose weight - before I used to have decent endurance (3-5 miles a day, 5x a week at 9 min/mile pace) but my supplementation was lacking and I have a relatively poor diet (high red meat, high glycemic index carbs, some fruit or none) so I got knocked out of my fitness fast by fatigue and colds. Now I'm at 1 mile a day, 3-4x a week at a 10 min/mile pace...
What do you guys usually take daily? And did it really improve your health?
