I'm sure this question was asked before but this forum is so vast, I haven't been able to find it.

I started vaping 50 days ago with an ego type, then on to a whole series of 3.7v mods.

About 20 days ago though I tried out a cheap 5V pass through and my world was thrown upside down. The throat hit, warmth and flavors were unbelievable. Flavors I didn't like all of the sudden tasted completely different.

I then went experimenting with stacking 14250 and 15270's until I bought a Prodigy.

Now, I seldom vape at anything less than 6V.

I would like to see how many people vape at low and hi voltage. I'm willing to keep track and publish results. Also, if this was done before and i missed it, you can blame it on newbieness or my age, whichever...

God Bless

3.7 volts. I used a 5v PT off and on for a couple of months. I liked it ok but I had to get off the button two or three seconds before ending my draw or I would get the vapor too hot to suit me. It's broke at the moment and I'm not in a hurry to get it fixed lol. I do plan on fixing it and trying it with some higher ohm attys one of these days.

I might be missing out on something, but I've been at 3.7V since I started vaping almost one year ago - using LR510 attys in my box mods - and have been quite satisfied.

I saw if it works for you don't change it.

I use CE2 style cartos/variants. The ohms on these are sometimes not very consistant. By going to a VVPV I was able to make any Carto, or atty, perform the way I want it to for any ohm or e-Liquid.

It's not abt the volts its all abt the watts. Most often its abt 8 watts give or take a little. It might be with 3.7 VT and a 1.7ohm atty or at 5 VT with a 3 ohm atty. VV is the best allowing me to dial into what ever watt fits the juice I happened to wish to vape at any given moment. I like variety, so I have a variety of mods at 3.7 VT, 5 VT and VV to fit my mood at any moment.
