What was it like in the olden days?

What was it like in the olden days of vaping before all the options and juices were available? What was your first piece of equipment and what do you have now?

I'm a vaping noob, and still amazed at all the choices out there. I'm also really impressed at how many people have some knowledge of how they work and what you need to make them work even though they're not a smoker.

When you first started and this was just a fringe thing, how did you make it through without ECF, FreedomSmokesUSA and all the other awesome vendors?

I'm really interested to know who on this board has been vaping the longest and how it's changed.

The olden days were not that great, the batteries would go bonkers for no reason, even at times melting, the atomizers did not seem to last, and the flavors were iffy. Some of us (including me) just LIKED the vape so much that we kept at it. It is amazing the choices you have now.
