About the only thing they can ban is nicotine ejuice. Most likely ejuice vendors. They can't ban devices used to vape with. They may have trouble banning nicotine base, since it's used for other applications such a pesticides.
I'm waiting on the $ale.. when it get's close to March & our Vendors start clearing out their stuff...

It seems so easy to just build a PV - check on youtube and in the modding forum here for guides on making mods from battery boxes, flashlights, altoid boxes, beverage cans, prescription pill bottles, etc. I stopped throwing away old clearos and attys - or anything with a 510 connector since I might need the parts later on. I'm keeping all my mini nova heads, too.
I bought some extra nic base - not that much, really, because I already had some and it lasts a really long time. I will probably buy 1 more 500ml bottle - for a total of 1 liter - and that keep me vaping until the nic goes bad in my freezer . .whenever that is.

I really dont think they can ban nicquid,if they try too they will have too ban tobacco and that aint gonna happen in this life time.I have some CNC experience with lathes ans milling machines,i also know people who work in the indusrty,i should start my own business.

I am almost down to 0 nic. If they ban nic juice, it won't effect me, if they ban vaping altogether then I will just vape at home and break the law.
Ban vaping? That'll never happen... Next thing you'll be telling me is that they'll ban large sodas, smoking in bars, and magazines that hold more than 7 rounds!

IMO they aren't going to even try and ban/regulate anything else. How can you regulate Li-Ion cells, ss mesh, kanthal/nichrome resistance wire, food flavorings? Just no practicality in stock piling those when they aren't in jeopardy.
Mods, I'm leaning towards 'no worry' as they sell everything on the internet. Even things to use stuff deemed illegal already. Just by buying it, doesn't prove intent to use it.

Don't forget, Bloomberg is a nut! In NY, you can only have a 16 oz soda, but you can get two of them with no problem.

Seriously, those who are leading the charge in this fight, should make the argument that nic juice can't be classified as a "tobacco" product, because it is naturally occurring in the nightshade family of plants/vegetables. Nicotine is not directly associated with tobacco only, period. If the idiots do ban nicotine juice, I see vapers growing nightshade plants in their back yard, and coming up with ways to extract nicotine from them, then adding that to their 0nic juice they buy.

They cant ban ejuice,its impossible,but the will try too tax it higher,we need to stand up for our rights.
