the threads used on your acrylic mods. I have a lathe and can easily get ahold of about 30 different colors of the fancy acrylic stock but dunno where to get the aluminum threads you guys use in them i found some copper/brass stuff but its very bulky and heavy.

We just buy thin wall aluminum pipe and thread it ourselves.. www.onlinemetals.com is a good place for selection.

I would like to see you carry the small wire that you need solder onto the attys for making the box mods.

Talk to a friend who does computer networks, ask for a few feet of Cat5e cable. Inside you will find 8-conductors of 24ga wire (and it's color-coded too!!) .. a few feet will last you for years (for me, at least)

I'd like to see some 510 atty mods that have an LED built in. It would be nice to be able to screw a 510 atty into my Precise 16 and use it as a flashlight.

You know, that sounds familiar .. seen the flashlight and laser pointer 510 tips too (somewhere??????) so I know they make them

I saw a post where someone made some, but they didn't go into detail as to how it was done. I'm assuming a 3.7v LED would solder right onto the atty connector.

But I'm thinking that wouldn't work as the initial charge on even 3.7v batteries can be over 4v. Not sure exactly how that works.
