I bring a bottle of juice with me an 18650 battery sometimes an 18350 or 14500 and an extra cartomizer.

As a minimum, I'll take a spare battery, either for my Screwdriver or box mod, a spare standard 510 atomiser, spare 901 atomoiser, spare tank and a carto, 3 egp batteries and at least two 10ml bottles of juice. I also tend to keep a few spares in my car in case I lose my bag. Possibily a bit much, but I like to err on the side of caution
Thank goodness I'm an open minded kind of guy, because I'm half a step from needing a purse to carry all this stuff.
Your in Tennessee, just use a tackle box. No one would give it a second glance here
One of my REOs and at least one other bottom feeder. Two spare charged batteries, and a few new cartomizers. Oh, I always have a few small juice bottles in my purse. Things have gotten much easier since my first REO purchase.
Mrkipp, as for your satchel, my husband always looks at the women's purses when we are at any second hand shops. He uses them on trail rides to carry horse treats in. It is funny to see some people's reactions to a man trying out a purse.

During the day to work, it is Darwin with a loaded dual-coil carto, and a spare loaded carto. I use one till noon, then swap them. They will last *much* longer than that, but that way there is no extra fiddle-factor involved.
Going elsewhere includes additionally a zippercase with 510 parts and a bottle.

I always take my little eGo case kit pack with me, which used to carry actual eGo gear, but since getting a Provari, it now presently contains:
- Fresh backup AW 18650
- Spare empty EMDCC
- 3 pre-filled regular DCCs
- 3x 3ml bottles of various juiec
- Bent paperclip (for removing the caps from the DCCs)
- eGo adapter (for the Provari)
- Shorty 510 extension (in case I have connection problems, though I can use the eGo adapter for that too, it just looks a bit odd)
Still have room for a couple of 3 or 6ml thin bottles. Might put a third backup-for-my-backup 18650 in there or something, in case I ever get stuck somewhere for a very long period of time.

I take my Joye Stick with fresh batt and cart, a little USB drive holder with a spare batt and 4 extra filled carts, and that's lasted me all day so far, for the last two years.
It use to be like packing a baby up for the day. I just grab a fresh battery and put it on my fully tanked silver bullet and out the door now.
Two ego batteries (one has the usb plug in the bottom) each with an ego Mega Dual Coil Cartomizer. One is RY4, one is Polar Mint. I keep those in my pocket. In my backpack I have some liquid of each flavor.

A ziplock with a bottle of juice, an extra Boge carto, and at least one extra battery, plus the freshly charged one with another Boge Carto just filled, in my pocket.
I feel like I'm packing a diaper bag. I leave with 2 batteries, a charging case with two carts inside, my USB charger with electrical adapter, a pack of prefilled carts, and a sample size bottle of juice. In my car I carry my vehicle adapter for my charger......geez.
two batts, charger, various e-juices, and a few empty carts. all in my bag and once at my destination bag sits and walk with my eGo in my pocket.
I take one of my bottom feeders. If I'm going to be out for an extended period of time, I take the one in the middle (Hog mod, inside it: 1 18650 battery and 1 6ml bottle full of juice). If I'm just going to be out a couple of hours, I take the smallest one in the photo (REO Mini, inside it: 1 14500 and 1 full 3ml bottle of juice).
All I take is my ego or Riva and back that up with a 901 PCC filled with cartos, an atty and a fresh battery. I don't like carrying a bunch of stuff around with me so with this setup I only have 2 things to carry.
A fresh 650mah echo battery with a full carto lasts me like 8 hours, so that's all I need to carry. Fits nicely in the pocket, I've mistook it for my pen a few times. So tired of carrying around all kinds of stuff...
One CE2 (as an extra-you never know), a tank of juice and my Darwin. Anything else really isn't needed.
