Whats closest to a real cigarette?

Whats the closest thing to a real cigarette expecially in size? Simple question, please keep the answer simple. If you have a picture to compare it to a real cig that would be appreciated. If it has a model number (ie 403, 901, 666), please link it to someone that is selling that model, the whole model number thing is a pain to figure out for someone that is brand new to this. Trying to find a size on e-cigs is even harder.

Now that the important stuff is out of the way, hi I'm PJ, been looking into this stuff for a while and even ordered a blucig but canceled it after waiting a month. I currently smoke 2 packs a day of analogs at $6.50 a pack and can't afford it anymore (wisconsin taxes just keep going up and up). I'm sure there are larger and better e-cigs but to get started I want something that is close to a regular one to get use to it. Thanks in advance for your advise.

I'm pretty new to this too, just got my 510, and while it is a bit longer than a 100, it's not gawdy. I smoked for 10 years, 100's for the first 2 or so, shorts for the rest.

The one thing nobody mentions, that I've seen is that it's not easy, at least with my 510 to hold it in your mouth, hands free, like you can an analog. If it's really the weight you are worried about, one of the models mentioned previously will probably do. OTOH, if you are more concerned with it looking as much like an analog as possible, check out the ones pictured on smokingeverywhere.com (I am not recommending them since I have read about contaminated carts from them), and try to find ones like them.

Y'all are just post happy, I can't even reload the page without a new post being there. Seriously, can you guys slow down and read the original post, a random set of numbers and letters don't mean anything to someone that is new to this stuff. The search is useless because these model numbers are thrown around like its nothing. I can't even preview this without there being a new post.

If you click on the blue words "Home Page" in happily's post you get a picture for comparison and a place where you can buy one.

I really think the 510
How about the DSE-103
Super mini RN4081
510 - rn4081 / npro - m401 / 402

Have you read the stickies here - like 'attention newbies' all models, etc. and 'newbies read this first' etc. if not, that's a good idea. If you have then the model thread should have given you enough info to do a search on various models.

And when someone mentions a model number you could ask where you could get one of those or ask more questions on that model rather than just pointing out how that didn't help you. Chances are you'd get more answers that way than the way you're proceding. Because, eg. when you included 'happily' in your blanket statement, when in fact, his post really helped you, imagine how willing he might be to answer further questions if you hadn't pointed that out here. Get the picture?

Man PJ - you are a picky one. Everyone needs a little hand-holding to start out, but you might want to be a little more genteel in your requests.
Try looking at pics on the sticky near the first section of this forum for newbies.
My choice was the Joye model 510 from yourlastcig.com. The whole kit was $46 w/ 5 bucks shipping, got it in two days. Very satisfied, although it's a skosh bigger than a regular 100mm smoke. You'll note from previous posts this is the choice of many posters.

I tried reading the stickies but they are less than informative, they have a tenancy to go crazy just like this thread and have very little data. A post to a video and a few pictures, then everyone going I like this or that is not helpful. If you want to tell me that a standard cig is 85mm long and this e-cig is XXmm long, that would be helpful, opinions are not. I'm sorry if I have offended the community and I will be more than happy to go away as soon as I say this.

Have you tried doing a search, go for it and let me know what you come up with because I came up with squat. I've got better things to do with my life than learn the e-cig language, if I die from analogs so be it, I'd rather die than become the up tight cranky little p.i.t.a. that you have become.

Lobo, now you seem like a decent guy, all I wanted to know is what is closest in size to a real smoke, not a 100, not a stogie, just a regular smoke. Its a simple question.

You definitely want a super mini like the Smoke Everywhere (4081) or NPro or Blu. But remember, you can't drip with it (no one who likes these brands ever tells you this) and since you smoke 2 packs a day, you should have about 6 batteries with you at all times. And you don't want to take a hit off of it more than once every 30-60 minutes. And the batteries cost about $13-$20 each. And there isn't much throat hit in comparison to a good manual battery PV. Other than these minor things, it definitely is the closes in looks to the real thing.
