For those, like myself who sometimes stand in the kitchen and have NO idea what to make for dinner!!

I figured if we shared what we're making (recipe's if you want) perhaps it will help motivate the rest of us. :D

Tonight at our house, we're having chicken drumsticks, roasted (half with garlic, half without for variety). brown rice, and I haven't figured out the veggies yet!

Oh this is a good thread for me cuz I'm a cooking HO!!! My hubby won't even go out to eat anymore so maybe I should start cooking bad. hehehe

Tonight is porcupine meatballs.

Get about 2 pounds of lean hamburger 20%
Get a box of Zatarain's New Orleans Cheddar Broccoli Rice Mix
2 eggs.

Mix all of that together and make meatballs and put on broiler pan in oven at 375 for about 25 minutes to brown them and to get rid of some of the grease.

Put meat balls in a large skillet that you can cover and dump over 2 cans of tomato soup and about 1 can of water. Mix all up and let come to a boil and then put lid on let simmer for about 40 minutes until the rice starts poking out of the meatballs.

Make up a pot of white rice and serve the meatballs over rice.

It's yummy. LOL

Tonight we had a short loin roast, which i roasted for 10 hours at 250 degrees, with a braised wine sauce, i served it over a bed of buttered egg noodles and garnished it with sauteed caramelized onions.. served it with a side of asparagus that i sprinkled with garlice and olive oil and grilled .. also i made crescent rolls..
Dang, I'm coming to your place! :p
