What's going on with shipping?

I've had a few orders where the tracking on the website was wrong and even after a month or longer the order is not yet delivered. I contact customer service and am given a different tracking number then that one is wrong too. Either that or my order was sent to someone in another state. I've had a couple orders that have had to be reshipped. Now I'm waiting on a Thelema DNA100C and it says it's out for delivery in the wrong state.

Got it. Sorry -- i should have paid closer attention.
Hope someone from SM answers. Been several months since i ordered from them but never had any problems before.

Until the last couple months I hadn't had a lot of issues but the last couple months I've had two orders disappear in shipping and have had to have them reshipped. Also like I mentioned, I've had a few orders where the tracking numbers on the website are wrong then I email customer service and they give me what they believe is the correct tracking number. I was given a third tracking number for the dna mod and it did arrive yesterday after the tracking showing that it was delivered in a different state. If it was me, I'd fire the shipping company. Sourcemore is getting the orders out in a decent amount of time but once the shipping company gets it then it's a guessing game. Don't get me wrong. I like Sourcemore and they have good prices but something different needs to happen with the shipping.
