So I have been reading a lot of info about the mods for the mod (Provari). What I never see is what the ultimate set up is that provape sells for it. Not wanting to order a bunch of stuff from diff company's is what I am getting at. Are cartridges all they offer? Sorry if this seems like a stupid question but lets face it. Provape wants me to buy from only them and who wouldn't want that. But I would like to hear what people think about setting this thing up from the people I buy it from. How can they make such a good device then force us to shop other places to make it work its best. Is it the high resale rate of the carts?

Just some info about me that I think may be asked. I have been using 21st century smoke for 3 months now and its okay for me except that the carts crap out after 4 fills or so. I was a pack a day smoker. I also am sitting on 100ml of diy juice. I dont vape a bunch of the stuff. 10ml would last me a week or more so a 5 ml tank is overkill. I want reliability more then loading 4 days worth of vape in a tank. I do not want to be buying blank carts constantly though like I buy for my current ecig.

The cartos they sell are good ones, pretty sure they are Boge. I bought a bunch of them when I ordered my provari from them, and I also have bought them from my juice vendor. I run about 15-20ml juice through them before they start to not perform all that good. As far as tanks go a tank is pretty much a tank, the carto you put in it is where the action is. If you only vape a little bit like you said maybe a tank isn't for you. I bought a lil mama tank it only holds 3ml, it is smaller in size, and might better suited to you. There are other 3ml tanks out there that are good also. When the carto starts to die I just punch a hole in another carto and slide it in (some people buy pre-punched carto's). Carto's dont last forever, wont last forever, but good ones will last longer than what yours are doing now. Just remember a tank is a tank, some look diff from others, and the looks make them appeal to diff people. Also some people like bigger ones, this has nothing to do with performance, just more juice capacity. A tank is just a tube with 2 end caps. The carto you put in it is where the performance happens. Now this is where it gets confusing, cartos come in diff ohm's. if yah want to play with the voltage pro vapes 3ohm (standard res) ones are gunna be your best bet. If yah get low res ones you cant turn the voltage up to high because it will burn out. There is no perfect setting for everybody, some people like Coke some Pepsi. You will need to play with the settings to find out what tastes better to YOU. I am no vape expert but a few months ago I decided I wanted one, and all the info out there can be confusing. My advice would be get your Provari, order some standard res cartos (3 ohm) that way you can play with the voltage settings and find what works/tastes the best for YOU. I hope this helps yah!!

Almost forgot those cartos hold about 1ml or so. Some people also prefer dripping, some say it tastes better some don't. Coke vs. Pepsi again. They sell atty's for that too. I am to lazy to drip, you drip a few drops on the atty, take 4-5 puffs, repeat. A atty last's longer, but they will also die one day. Nature of the beast.

Very helpful. Thanks so much. I think I better just buy two more packs of the carts and see how far they take me. That way I can still have my variety of flavors while not worried about the tank mod for a while. I dont want to get too caught up in the extra's and vaping like its out of style. Like I said I just want reliability and I feel the vv provari will open up a whole new world if I just keep it simple.
