I've just discovered cartos, and am looking for the best quality blank cartos to stock up on. I use a Joye eGo and Good Prophets' eGo clone, the GP eCo. I've tried regular and LR attys and drip tips, which I find messy and requiring a lot of fussing with them. So far, cartos are less so. What I mean by best quality carto is:
- well engineered and constructed for long, trouble-free life.
- draws easily, offers least alteration to ejuice flavors.
- soft tip, easily removeable for refilling.
- ease of refilling, but most leak-proof after filling.
- least amount of gurgle and "snap-crackle-pop".
- most hassle-free satisfactory operating experience.

Suggestions?

Since you are stating you want soft tip and refilling ease, that excludes the eGo mega cartos. They hold a lot but are are a bit of a hassle to refill. I use regular Boge soft tip cartos on my eGo, either 3.0 ohm or 2.4 ohm. They fill the bill for what you list, plus they clean well, can be reused several times, and impart very little flavor themselves. I love them.

Your comment about leaking and gurgle: any carto that is overfilled will do these things. I get the fewest leaks with Boges, but if I really push the juice level beyond capacity, they too will leak and/or gurgle. Can't recall any pops with Boge's either.

Additionally, I use a drip tip with cartos. I top them off with 4 or 5 drops when they start to wane. Seems to work very well, and they do not leak juice if inverted.
