Inhale however you feel comfortable with your device. Some people prefer direct lung inhales, some people inhale into their mouth, then to their lungs, and some people just go for a mouth inhale. Some people inhale in one way on say, a tank atomiser, and a different way for a dripping atomiser.

Give each one a try, and see how it suits you. None of these methods are wrong, as it's pretty much down to preference.

One thing: You'll find it difficult to puff out your cheeks when you inhale (because you're creating a vacuum in your mouth to draw in vapor), and you'll look sort of ridiculous, so I wouldn't recommend that :)

I'll experiment and see what happens, thank you! No cheek-puffing, ok :)

Glad you're finding your way. Trust the process. Trust your body and trust the threads. These folks are great.

I'm curious, what stigma are you seeing?
*not trying to derail the thread. Maybe start another thread about this stigma...?

Also, I feel a tiny bit less-manly now that my house smells like Cantaloupe-Cream rather than stale cigarettes and tar. :)

If manliness is stale cigarettes and tar, maybe that's a good thing :)

Yes, I'm very grateful for everyone's generosity already :)

The stigma is just what's carried over from judgement of smokers. Most people don't like to see vaping indoors, and think it should be done on the street or at home. I'm a pretty heavy smoker; with cigarettes, I need to re-up every 30 minutes or so; if I'm getting less nicotine from my device than I would from cigarettes, I'd be out every fifteen minutes!

I'm a new vaper too and I started at 12mg nic as well. It wasn't cutting the craving so I went to 18mg and it was much better. I pull a mouthfull and then inhale just like I did with a cig. I tend to never stop either, at least when I'm not working.

Yeah, I'll be getting that 18 mg for sure, in that case. Thanks (and good luck to you as well!) :)

[(Also, I can't refill it because I somehow over-tightened the Aspire to the base and can't now unscrew it.) Man, I guess I'll be posting here a lot. Sorry everyone![/QUOTE]

Try running your tank (glass part) under some hot water for a few minutes, this will expand the glass and make it easier to unscrew the top from the base ;)
