This may sound like a dumb question, but I really don't have much experience with mailing things except for large packages and small letters. Lets say I'm just mailing back an atomizer or a battery or something, something small, but something that shouldn't be crushed either, what's the best way to ship it back? Should I just stuff it with some bubble wrap in an envelope, put a few stamps on and mail away? Will it get run through a sorter machine? Should I purchase a special bag or something? Should I pay more for Priority or first class mail?

Stike: I saw the bubble envelopes, but they were much too big for my purposes, and spending $4 for an envelope for a defective atty, is a bit costly.

Breakfastchef: One of my Janty 510 atomizer was too small and shredding carts, worked fine though, I emailed Janty, and had a new atomizer in 2 days, before I even shipped the defective. I stuffed the atty in the little box it came in, filled that up with bubble wrap, and put some more bubble wrap in an envelope. I used the machine at the post office and bought a first-class mail label with insurance for $2.50, wrote "Bulky, No Machine" on the envelope, and mailed it. I hope it gets back to them fine.
