What's the difference?

Is there any difference between just dripping 2 drops of liquid on the cartridge and dripping 2 drops on the atomizer?
I see all this stuff to refill cartridges, why can you not just drip it into the cartridge?

You can of course just drip into the cartridge, but it might not soak in as quickly as you would like. Do a forum search on dripping - you'll find loads of info!
