I'm not sure exactly what you're asking, but wattage is a function of voltage and resistance. If you know the voltage of your battery and the resistance of your atomizer, you can find the wattage with this chart or with the following formula:

W=V2/R
Wattage = Voltage times 2 divided by Resistance

ETA : I don’t know what the amp limit is on Volt batteries, but you can find the actual amperage with the following formula:

A=V/R
Amperage = Volts divided by Resistance

Imagine might know the amp limits for Volt batteries.
